@Paytmcare I have applied for Paytm postpaid one month back, and still is not activated. Tried to reach customer care via app, your chat Assistant is not helping much and not redirecting to live agent. Customer care number also has bullshit menu options, not able to connect to.

This is very shameful to see that @Paytmcare @PaytmBank customer care is not helping with my issue from last 7-8 days. After resubmitting my kyc I am still not able to use my paytm wallet and paytm bank account. This is seriously shameful..

@Paytm @Paytmcare it has already been a month since the refund for my cancelled flight was initiated but i haven't received it yet. When contacted the customer care i have always been told that it will be done in two days but no results yet.
