    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar..(3) instead of investigating the issue n coordinating with concerned authorities, customer care is busy finding faults with the dispute form uploaded by me. Is this the way ur bnk harass user. as per RBI rules, pls resolve the issue in 7 days.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have already done my kyc and In profile its also showing kyc verified and on adding money in wallet its showing to verify kyc. What's the issue why I need to again verify my kyc and why there is no online kyc option?

    @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare very poor service bye paytm. IRCTC initiated refund but paytm show that amount credited in account within 2 working days..... means today is saturday then waiting time is 4 to 5 days... very poor service.. never recommend to anyone tonuse paytm.
