@Paytmcare Do you guys charge convenience fee to provide inconvenience? I booked train tickets through paytm which got cancelled and I got cancellation msg too. You CCE told me to get in touch with IRCTC as it wasn't cancelled which I did but it did not help? I need my refund.

@Paytmcare How can I stop receiving emails from you about payment notifications, invoices etc? Spent an hour trying to get in touch with someone through app/website but 24/7 helpline only has prefilled questions thats all.

@Paytm Your customer support is just worst. You guys are of no help. Still haven't got my refund. You guys don't even have the decency to reply via dm. How pathetic!
