Dear @Paytm My amount was hold on 2 days without any reasons. And your App is not working all time show connect with personal assistant. Last 2 days but can't connect single time. I'll file a complaint about it.

On 5th Feb,2023 I Booked a Movie ticket through Paytm for which I am eligible for a cashback of ₹500 but the cashback is showing the pending and it was already 24HRS from the time of transaction.Paytm Customer Support team also not giving any resolution @Paytm @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare @consumerforum_ @aajtak costomer support is non existent in Paytm. Literally you can't connect any executive and Paytm doesn't provide any live human support line. And if you raised complaint through ticket id , forget about any reply and resolution
