    @Paytm @vijayshekhar dear paytm, a fraud happened on my a/c. Someone msg me from my fb friend id and asked for 10k. I gave the amount, later it turned out a fraud. I called my bank they told that the account link to Paytm Bank which connect to 7891715249 ramu saini. Can you help

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I tried booking tickets for digha to Howrah on 24/4/21 and it was deducted from Paytm but merchant showed error. Now how can I get the refund for the same.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm after my tweet received a call from some phone number representing as paytm customer care. and asked me details of order and then hung up the call, and dint even have the courtesy to call back. Very bad cs experience.

    @Paytmcare Very bad service, not responding to text messages and also emails. They had sent me a mail to provide some informqtion quickly and I had sent them but it has been 2 days no action has been taken over it
