A big fail of the @PaytmMall website is it doesn't stay permanently logged in from a PC/laptops. It logs you out after a while and you can't even sign in with a password. You must use @Paytm app on your phone to sign in. This is a TERRIBLE user experience vs Amazon, Flipkart.

@warikoo Hi, Please update customer care numbers in nearby app or clearly mentioned it on your app for customers where they contact in query. I am unhappy as I haven't got refund on my cancelled vouchers. Already dropped mail on your support but no reply. @Paytm
