  @Paytm @vijayshekhar should see insurance distribution biz to somet. Its ****. Being an investor i was hellbent to use Paytm. Last year bought a bike insurance, now while trying to renew: it automatically changes bike details from Yamaha to TVS and says data mismatch.

  @Paytmcare @RBI @NPCI_NPCI My Paytm Business account was suddenly deactivated and my settlement of ₹4017.69 from customer payments is stuck If the account is inactive Paytm must immediately release my pending settlement. Holding merchant funds without resolution is unacceptable.

  @Paytmcare This issue is pending since 22nd Feb & I hv already shared all required details but PAYTM want to keep Gold with themself rather transfer to my another paytm acount. Now I will never invest via paytm or paytm money.I will also suggest everyone not to invest anything via #PAYTM

  @Paytm why there is no way to contact actual customer care representative in paytm. No email or direct contact numbers are there to communicate. Only bot is there which is utterly useless. Raising ticket doesn't does any good.
