@Paytmcare I made a UPI txn yday by scanning a qr code BUT the payment went to a wrong a/c. Seems to be an issue with the app or qr. Paytm refused to even support my problem and NOT even raised a complaint. What can I do ?

Had an excellent experience with @Razorpay. Compare it to slow response time & poor customer handling by competitors lyk @Paytm.Big reason for blowout success of Razorpay products @vijayshekhar kindly consider- startups have to plan on not just monthly/weekly but also daily basis
