  @Paytm @vijayshekhar I was not able to pay postpaid bill because of some tech issue. I tried connect with your cx care but not able to connect. Such a bad cx care service. Next day you guys charged me penalty for delay. I wants my penalty amount back it's not my fault.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I have been trying to connect to the customer care of Paytm, but there is no response from Paytm side. They don't even replying to my queries from the help support section. This is really the worst service I have ever seen.
