  @Paytmcare I recharged a Jio number with ₹899 through Paytm. The plan clearly showed that JioHotstar subscription is included, but the subscription has not been credited yet. Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. #Paytm #Jio

  @Paytmcare I do not agree with this refund denial. The mistake is from Paytm’s side — your app showed incorrect/mismatched bus timings, which is why I made the booking. Repeating that “the bus operator denied the refund” does not resolve the issue. The problem started because of the wrong information shown on your platform. Please review the timings displayed in your app at the time of booking (I have proof), escalate this to your senior support team, and process the full refund immediately. If this is not resolved I will be filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and Consumer Forum for deficiency in service.
