@Paytmcare Hey I am unable to pay postpaid bill and it was not auto debited as per instruction. On top of it you have charged a late fee. And when i call a customer service, your service says the wait time is 10 mins. Do you really want me to run around just to pay 400 INR?

Really Really Really I am very frustrated with #paytm and #AdityaBirlaGroup #paytmmoney @Paytmcare @Paytm policies and services. Over the last 15 months, I sent many many emails, many many called customer care over both companies regarding the 250Rs loan.

So I paid @Paytm Rs 150 on 28 Aug 22 for KYC at home. Neither they visited for KYC nor they have returned my money. I even raised a service request, but it was closed without solving the issue. What a Scam? You should close down @Paytmcare. No doubt @Paytm is going down.
