    Worst experience with RSRTC & Paytm! Sirsa→Sri Ganganagar (21 Apr, 10:58 AM). No bus info, no support. Bus late, conductor refused ticket, then “adjusted”. Unacceptable! Take action & refund. @Paytm @RSRTC_OFFICIAL

    @Paytmcare Ticket ID 200011268198 closed without proper resolution. Kindly help ASAP. @vijayshekhar being a great admirer & a long term user, it hurts seeing the emotional connect and customer support falling out. I hope it rises up.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar It's been 53 days with no resolution for my payment issue. This is beyond unacceptable. When asked for an exact resolution date, I’m told the matter is still under investigation. What exactly are you investigating after 53 days?

    @safiranand Yeah management was speaking about restarting Paytm payment bank. How it’s irrelevant when regulator is still not conviced about the management ability to resolve the issues ? Truth js management has failed to resolve the issue to convince rbi. It’s pure failure of @paytm mgmt

    @NPCI_BHIM I am going to shift to @Paytm to stay in india app. Was really putting efforts to support BHIM but it appears its just doomend

    @Paytm is the only major company with a Tech-Stack good enough to give competition to Google. Now I am not sure what did @RBI do to fix this issue but its clear that they are against PayTM. Not something new, Babus can do everything to destroy Indian companies

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm
