    @Paytm What happened to my money ? U have not delivered my item and ur asking me to wait till the courier returns u the item? why should I wait when it was not delivered to me itself ? U r dragging the issue of refunds by giving lame excuses ?

    @mDeveshYadav @Paytm Do not use any paytm. I am doing bycot to paytm. Their customer satisfaction is the 0 , there is fraud in the name of that service.

    @redBus_in Your App isn't displaying any TSRTC buses here in Hyderabad. How am I supposed to book my bus now? Do you want me to book via @Paytm app which hasn't got any such issues. Please include TSRTC buses in your app ASAP or else you'll lose all your loyal customers.

    @Paytm Hi. Someone may be trying to access my UPI linked account as my usual PIN is not being accepted anymore. Please resolve this issue as your chatbot didn't have provide me with any option to raise this issue there. Prefer talking to a call center executive
