@Paytm everytime I call on customer care the mother ****** who made this app didn't have sense to make process easy. I called on customer care thousands times but nobody received calls and neither they didnt solve the issue when I messaged them. @vijayshekhar

Paytm is not supportive. I have raised an issue regarding my postpaid account of it not being properly updated in my cibil score. I have closed it long back, but they reply wait for 60 days, can't they check their database before replying to customer @Paytm @Paytmcare
