@Paytm Sucks. No customer care executives available with whom issue can be resolved. There are options through bots where fastag closure option is not available. In app, no option to close the same. It’s easy to get a paytm fastag but multiple folds difficult to close it.

@Paytm Worst cx service no resolution provided. Associate was also rude.Unable to cancel ticket due to paytm error. This is what i got after being a loyal cx for 5 years.
