@FederalBankHelp @Paytmcare I have sent all the details to paytm and I will send the details to you too I have approached the nearest branch and given all the details of the issue .So it has been told that lapse from Paytm and paytm have mentioned its from Bank so u guys need to sort this Asap

Hi @vijayshekhar sir @Paytm @Paytmcare,someone stole my mobile and I had to block my account temp for security reason and I have raised #3129120022 on 1st Dec to unlock but no reply till now.All my savings locked it paytm Bank and due to this my family and I are totally affected

@Paytm is there no way to talk to cust care to explain my prob?Seems all paths leads to automated system and there is noway to getto issues not listed.Not able to close my fasttag, raised a ticket but it was closed asking for the tag no. Can't you even check the no. from the a/c?

@Paytm Totally poor service and fake staff... Paytm staff came at my ahowroom 19 October he said i wl provide swep machine 10 days..he take 500 money via paytm..after send money no eny response and machine not received.. Do not buy any retailer.. Tm electronics 🇮🇳 7600887600

@Paytm @Paytmcare Do you verify UPI /KYC for merchants? Apparently I have requested cancellation and refund from your merchant paytm-66977976@paytm and no feedback. This merchant turns out to be a fraud. Do you still have KYC valid for this account? Need help to get refund.
