    Is anybody having as much trouble with @Paytm customer care as I am? I have submitted my KYC documentation online thrice (despite being KYC complaint already). My FASTTAG is linked to my Paytm which is why I am extra concerned

    Today I messaged them and they said that they had completed the refund from their side but I never received it so I messaged my payment provider ( @Paytm ) But I dont think I would recieve anything good from them too, thats why I made this tweet so other people can help me.

    @Paytm I am unable to update my KYC registration either on line or even with your agents. Now I am not able to make outward payments. Can u pls transfer the balance amount in my PayTM wallet to my bank account. It is extremely difficult 2 connect to your customer service.Pls help

    @Paytmcare : my PayTm wallet app needs to be activated for me to access some money left in it. All the KYC Centres you have listed have been contacted and all have refused on some pretext. How do i get my money out of your app ?
