    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have an automatic payment mandate for Netflix.. I would like to delete that .. but every single time it’s asking for sim verification and failed.. have tried everything but failed.. please help me to delete that automatic payment for me .. thx @UPI_NPCI

    @Paytmcare hi, I mistakenly sent money to a wrong UPI using WesternUnion service. I have been trying to get in touch with your support team ever since and your service has been very poor. No one responds.

    @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.

    @Paytm Don’t use the payment for @npclgrnoida electric meeter recharge payment because your payment debit but paytm and NPCl will give the credit next 3-4 days, they will use your money and you will struggle for credit & then chase to thier customer care !! It’s too poor service
