The information was sent via email but it seems no one looks at the emails sent to @PaytmBusiness or they are not bothered.

ANKUSH THAKUR (@iself_thakur) reported@Paytmcare @PaytmBank I was issued the postpaid limit, and i am unable to use it from june. From June onwards the issue is not resolved and it is showing active on my cibil. I request you to please close my postpaid account. Also Paytm have no customer support.
