Hi @Paytmcare -I booked bus ticket @ order Id: 13285170199 on dated 16-04-202. I got confirmation from Krishana travel operator bus cancelled for date 16th April 2021.Till now, I didn't receive refund amount. I follow up 24×7 help & support but didn't receive any response.

@PaytmBank @PaytmMoney @Paytm Hey, your authentication is just 1FA i.e. if my phone (sim) is lost, the malicious user can just reset my password by calling the automated number and receive the reset pwd link as a SMS. Do you recognize this as an issue?

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have not applied for the physical Debit card but you have sent it, by default. Though I have not used it, annual charges are being deducted. Please reverse the charges as I don't need the card and never required it. If required, please cancel/block the card.

Hi @Paytmcare . I ordered a product with payment in March 8. Now it's May. Doesn't receive product. And doesn't refund my money. But, order page says it's delivered. Called your customer care number. No reply. Delivery person doesn't take phone now
