    Hi @Paytm is this your paytm postpaid is a scam. I have repayed all my money I have used but still there is 700 extra remaining. How come that can happen?.and there is no customer assistance available on ur paytm postpaid .

    @Paytm I made my account on my existing no. With minimum KYC later due to technical issues I had to close that account. I made a new account on same no. But wasn't able to do the KYC part as my docx were being shown as already in use.

    @Paytmcare it's just way difficult to reach a human on your ivr machine and the chat service is also ridiculous. Seems both the Ivr and chat option are designed specifically to not let customer reach a human to talk to. I need help in getting transaction details for year 2016-17

    @Paytmcare Could u kindly help: I scanned a QR code & made payment which went to some unintended recipient (don't knw why & how). scanned QR code again (as intended recipient hasn't receivd amt), it went to correct party. Kindly help me get my money for first transaction.@

    Few days back I got to know my paytm account is #blocked. And the reason I'm getting is by fraud reported by @TheOfficialSBI I contact to bank and they said "we don't have any record or detail of such things." While the paytm customer service is forcing me to contact SBI.@Paytm

    I had a failed transaction on the @IRCTCofficial app, via credit card, via @Paytm gateway. Its been 20+days , have not received the refund. @Paytmcare can you help as IRCTC is saying its the gateway who would do the refund!

    @Paytmcare Its the problem of every paytm user u don't need my paytm number just solve this bug 2-3 major problems 1) not getting scratch card for gifting 2) not getting alibaug for transacted in merchant qr( fyi- I got 3 in different merchant payment previously)
