    Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

    @Paytm why there is no customer care number I am trying contact they say 24*7 customer support but that AI Assistant is unable to help can I talk to representative how I can talk to resolve my issue howw how?

    @Paytm I placed an order on Flipkart and made the payment through Paytm because there was a ₹50 cashback offer. It was mentioned that the cashback would be credited after the return period but I still haven't received it. Please check and help. #Paytm #CashbackIssue @Paytmcare

    For you Rs 4251/- is a small amount and it got swindled on your platform from my wallet - for me it's a fraud committed on me and I want you @Paytm to reimburse me the above amount of Rs 4251/- all commercial or public sector banks compensate/reimburse their customers in case a fraud is reported by customer I expect you to reimburse me the above amount asap - Regards Vikram Gulati Senior Advocate SupremeCourt- 1st reminder
