    @Paytm I am trying to contact help/ support from very long time. There is no proper channel to connect. This is about the flight cancellation which was made by the airline itself. Too bad service from @Paytmcare. This is about pnr : 11SJJK & 11SJN9

    why one should stop doing transactions through @Paytmcare bcz they don't have a customer support number where a human being can talk to you and understand your issues. All is chat bot driven. If your transaction got stucked somewhere , then forget the resolution.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare please provide solution to my issue with ticket number 200010506350. I’ve been told to wait 2 days, it’s over but still no solution. It’s just not a normal incidence but a high value transaction. So please look in to this at earliest.
