    @Paytmcare @Paytm @RBI FRAUD ALERT, NEVER EVER USE PAYTM FOR TRAVEL BOOKING, my bus was cancelled, 7 dats no response from fraud paytm n customer care is worst n pathetic, my6k still struck, tgey use bots n no human to interact

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    @Paytmcare From now onwards never using this **** Paytm ever. They just waste time. Today is my payment due date, and just now paid through Gpay and it got settled within 1 min and got confirmation from HDFC too. Never ever going to use this Paytm now. WORST. Donโ€™t use this app. @Paytmcare

    Dear @PaytmCare, Iโ€™ve been chasing a resolution for unauthorized Soundbox charges despite having a 'Lifetime Free' plan. Despite multiple DMs and assurances, the issue persists. I need a permanent fix & refund today, or Iโ€™ll be forced to escalate to the Nodal Officer. #Paytm
