Dear @Paytm, I was full KYCed customer for Bank A/c. But why my account in freeze.. I m not using 12 Months.. Bcoz I had no use case then why freeze. My account??? If you can't active my account, then say how I close my Bank account and paytm account.. Permanently 😐

@Paytm i have been struggling to make payment through UPI from last 30 days have spoke/highlighted multiple time to your customer support but not get any response. Thought to highlight you once before deleting your app. Extremely poor customer support.
