@Paytmcare I want to close my postpaid account which was created earlier. I tried to raise the issue using 24x7 support but Paytm bot automatically closes the ticket wherever I create it. Also I am not able to connect with customer care executive. Please help.

@Paytmcare I had my paytm account savings account. After converting it to current account, I am not able to receive even ₹ 1 and when I wrote to the Paytm service team about this, they are not even answering me. It's been 5 days.

@Paytm I have texting emailing and tweeting u and PayTM to refund the loss of 36k because of security breach in PayTM postpaid as criminal could easily log in and do fraudulent transactions from my account, nearly 50 days since and no action from you and PayTM! I will wait patiently
