    @Paytmcare You guys should get a award for the horrible customer care and harassment you guys do !!! I booked a flight ticket yesterday from the app and since then I am not able to do web check-in..there is customer care number, no response to 5 complaints I made on the app

    @PhonePeSupport Haha you guys can't even give service after 1.5 month and you guys speaker donteven last a day While @Paytmcare speaker works for more than 5days and service is outmost Even you guys don't care to compensate customer while you guys were wrong

    @Paytmcare Paytm is a platform I have used to do the bus booking . Also confirmed with the message proofs and even call recording that I have from operator on the bus cancellation, so Paytm should be responsible to issue the refund to the customer and go in legal way against the operator

    Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help @Paytmcare
