    @Paytm ₹5000 BATA voucher bought from Paytm turned out INVALID. Ticket raised on 7 May 2026 — still no resolution, no callback, only silence despite repeated follow-ups. Is this how customer issues are handled? Extremely disappointing. #Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare ticket # 200011607437, I've been trying to remove my bank account from Paytm and deregister from Paytm UPI but it always throws an error of something went wrong, try again later. Your clueless customer support on app isn't of any help except for robotic replies

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 4 days unable to transact due to “Malicious app found” error. No proper customer care response, no support, no solution, no direct contact or callback from Paytm. The issue is dragging in a very lethargic way while customers suffer.
