Two of my transactions failed, money out from bank to PayTM and @Paytm tells me to talk to Merchant. You are the bloody merchant. Is this how you are generating cash flow for your broken company?

1/2 @Paytmcare @Paytm I have added 1000/-INR from CC to Paytm wallet.when I'm trying to pay/transfer from wallet, transaction is getting failed & when I tried reaching the patm customer care call getting disconnected. I'm really tired with Paytm service.
