@Paytm @Paytmcare I have not received my refund amount from swiggy. They have done the refund i aslo have the RRN number. But it is not reflecting in my Paytm bank account. I contacted paytm customer care and no response. Are you people trying to steal my hard earned money?

@Paytmcare i got very bad experience from Paytm care. They are acting as idiots. They don't know how to resolve the issue. I have purchased Indian terrain voucher in the january 2022 with Rs.7500, i went around 10 outlets. Not worked and no resolution. No refund

@Paytmcare , how I can talk to your customer care, I tried it over app and telephone, I am seeing this is one of the worst customer support, a bunch **** of prefixed bot queries and never ending loop of telecall options.

@Paytm I have done a transaction of Rs. 8480 yesterday by scanning a QR Code. But later realized it is paid to someone else. I am not able to get help from PayTM. Not able to talk to any customer care. Only IVR, where this kind of issue is not listed.
