@Paytmcare you guys are so irresponsible towards you’re customer, it is been 4 months since I raised the complaint against fraudulent activity and I have also requested plenty times to look into the case as soon as possible as there is medical emergency but there is no response.

A little first name correction of 1 letter on @Paytm app needs innumerable support tickets and calls. Asking for Gazette notification as if I got my real name changed, rejecting KYC repeatedly from 6 months. So much for support automation and robotic executives @vijayshekhar
