I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

Last moment had to book another ticket n travel n niw paytm is not refunding, driver nmbr is switched off
