  @Paytm @vijayshekhar Sir during this lockdown i have been doing a lot of paytm upi transactions. My limit is very low in upi transaction i am unable to find any solution to inc my upi transaction limit please help me through this issue.

  @Paytmcare hello, my paytm postpaid is not working for 6months.due to cancellation of train ticket i have excess amount in postpaid wallet. But during payment i dont get postpaid option. Plz resolve this issue .

  @Paytmcare They wont close account even after sharing all necessary documents. And irony is every 2 days they say 'we haven't heard frm yor so closing case.' Worse customer service ever.

  @BSNLCorporate All online prepaid recharge options don't seem to work, either through the official website or third-party apps like @Paytm. This has been the case for at least 2 weeks now. Moreover, the customer care number seems to be unresponsive. Please help.

  awful customer service from.paytm. had completed KYC twice in past 3 weeks but it is not relecting ...when contacted @Paytm @Paytmcare , tgey asked to do KYC again.i will stop using it. @vijayshekhar soory to tag you but may be this will help other customers if not me

  @Paytm I am unable to login to Paytm account, considering I am not receiving OTP as I am currently in a remote location, while I am looking to recharge Paytm Fastag to travel back to Mumbai tomorrow 20th May (sure this email will get addressed once I reach Mumbai) driving 1800Kms

  @Paytm Pathetic Customer service, who are asking me to drive 150 KMS to get a network so that I can login and then recharge. Your customer service is just transferring calls from Account to Fastag team and then suddenly call drops as it was transferred to some escalation team
