@Paytmcare hello, my paytm postpaid is not working for 6months.due to cancellation of train ticket i have excess amount in postpaid wallet. But during payment i dont get postpaid option. Plz resolve this issue .

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Sir during this lockdown i have been doing a lot of paytm upi transactions. My limit is very low in upi transaction i am unable to find any solution to inc my upi transaction limit please help me through this issue.

@Paytmcare day by day @Paytm become worst. Their customer support team are negligible. If we face any issue using their service they are very irresponsible to solve our query. I have raised a query on 10th june. But they are not solve my issue yet. Only giving copy paste replies.

@Paytmcare dear @RBI paytm is a fraud company making customers fool.Recently I booked an air ticket & as per their offer, applied a promocode for 1200 cashback. Promocode applied successfully & they told that cashback will be credited within 24hrs,but they r denying now.pls help

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Today finally I got a call from customer care and I m extremely not satisfied with the service provided by Paytm executive and the agent was very rude to me and not even trying to listen to me and just disconnected my call after few minutes.
