@Paytm @Paytmcare I was talking with coustmer service since last 4 days and i am telling them that i can't able to use postpaid services and i also raised a ticket but i can't get my problem solved Paytm has the worst service I am never suggest anyone to use paytm 👎👎👎👎

@Paytm @Paytmcare i made a payment against a credit card on 8th April. The payment is still to be processed to the card, even though you have received the payment. App doesn't help raising a ticket, nor there is a call option to talk to the customer care. Wat do i do? #PayTM

If your transaction failed on paytm they don’t showed the transition details on their app and if you complain then they said show me the transaction id for better service i know my 7000rs gone paytm looting me for buying a Smart Tv Hate paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytm your customer care sucks. Been trying to get in contact but literally either you just keep typing 1,2,3 on the keypad during the call and they'll tell you the information you already know. I mean how am i supposed to get my query resolved exactly???
