    @Paytm @Paytmcare I was talking with coustmer service since last 4 days and i am telling them that i can't able to use postpaid services and i also raised a ticket but i can't get my problem solved Paytm has the worst service I am never suggest anyone to use paytm 👎👎👎👎

    @aakriti_garima @Paytm @Paytmcare I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Multitask_Support on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you

    @Paytmcare 1. The number you have provided is fully IVR, it is not man to man 2. There is no way to talk to a executive. 3. I raised an issue having ticket id3116797252 at 0:11 hrs wherein it was mentioned that in 4 hrs Paytm will respond.

    @aakriti_garima @Paytm @Paytmcare My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_Support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Extremely disappointed. I have 15k in my wallet and I can't transfer it in my bank account. Sought for assistance and customer care asked for screenshots of the problem. However it's been a week I have not received any response. Look into the matter ASAP.
