@Paytm @Paytmcare I was talking with coustmer service since last 4 days and i am telling them that i can't able to use postpaid services and i also raised a ticket but i can't get my problem solved Paytm has the worst service I am never suggest anyone to use paytm 👎👎👎👎

I'm scared to travel from bus now as there can be another customer like me who has already highlighted proactively that they're having covid symptoms @Paytmcare Guys please don't book your bus from Paytm, there's chance you are traveling with a covid patient as they allow it.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare Please check and remove bug from customer service portal. I am not able to register my complain due to this. Also bug is when i open any ticket it auto closed by itself giving no other options that what is fixed by your team. Irritating. Fix it pls
