@Paytmcare Your DM chats are not helping other than repeated assurances like canned music. There is no mention of the actual problem and when will the resolution happen. This is so disappointing that I have to repeatedly follow up and it's an unending cycle !!!

I booked a flight with @Paytm. The flight got cancelled by the airlines and they initiated the refund to paytm but even after 30 days time limit @Paytm has not refunded the amount and every time I called their customer care they said the same mugged up things. #refund #badservice

Is there some way to contact a real @Paytm customer care executive? There e mail id is not in use anymore, chat with bot is irritatingly ineffective and customer care numbers are useless. @Paytmcare ??
