@Paytm Paytm clearly cheats in the same of cashback. First they don't write anything clear in tnc, then their support says 5% upto 50, but still give only ₹10 irrespective of amount. They always give vague answer and don't solve the problem. If you say it, then give it also

@Paytm I have a problem regarding an order(#order id 12532211443) and transaction id(#txn id 202138276302512). The amount is deducted yesterday at 7 am, but till now it isn't credited to receiver bank account and it is showing processed in my order section. What can i do?

@Paytmcare (2/n) At the end, in order to raise a query, I had to start a query with different problem and there I raised my original issue, then they asked me to share the issue. I shared the issue but everyone in your side is in deep sleep. No reply at all. It is a dead end. CC <-> 24x7

@Paytm I had placed an order on Paytm Mall on 12 Nov 2020... Package delivered on 30 th Nov 2020..When I open the package there was some product missing..Same Day I raised ticket...it's being 2 month ( 18-01-2021) No Solution got me..Still wrote to me we are investigating your issue.😡
