I made a payment on october 28 which got failed but it is showing that within 5-7 working days it will be refunded.But it has been a week now but I am not getting any response from there ,no matter how many calls I make on Paytm, I am not getting any response from there. @Paytm

@Paytmcare Merchant had already confirmed that he didn't receive the amount,he shared the screenshot of the merchant account I have shared that in DM Please check kindly escalate the issue and resolve the issue it's already 45 days from the transaction
