    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @Paytm I am a customer & merchant of Paytm for the last 5 years, I have been charged Rs.500 for Paytm Postpaid Late Payment Fee by Paytm & Aditya Birla. I request u to waive off the Late Fee charged on my A/c 1st time, PAYTM POSTPAID No: 9008891096.

    @Paytmcare I tried to reach out with my problem to your so called 24X7 Help Chat box but trust me that's a waste feature!! Than I dialed your Customer Service Number but everytime I'm calling it's saying Busy!! Can I please get a resolution of my problem ????
