    Dear @Paytmcare we had raised a support ticket for refund 10 days back and it was promised to be refunded in 5 to 7 days. There is no response from your support on followup. Tickets are getting closed everyday without any proper response. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare The refund of a flight ticket cancellation is not processed even after the Airline has refunded Paytm om 26th May. There is no response from the support as well.

    @Paytm, my mother is unable to break FD in Paytm Payments Bank. The FD was for one year and it completed that on 29 May 2025. Neither the FD is getting renewed, nor is it breaking. Also, there is no option to connect with Paytm support, other than poor computer chat.
