@PhonePe support is extremely pathetic. I went through help & a #Ticket was generated. I was told that my issue will be resolved in 24 Hrs. After 24 hr, I got a irrelevant message frm #boat. I regret 2 say your #ArtificialIntelligence system is not intelligent. @Paytm @GoogleAI

@Paytmcare I got the refund. Thanks for all the assurance and restoring my trust in your servicing level. I’d still recommend there must be a better way to handle this rather than using twitter. Please introduce a dedicated customer service number for Paytm postpaid services as well.

@Paytmcare Could you please help me with the Invoice copy of my order 3977038918, placed in 2017 of LG 687 L SIDE REFRIGERATOR BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR GC-B347SLUV. When I am trying to fetch the same it's not showing me orders before 2018. None of your support number is reachable.

@Paytmcare Paytm team I lost approx Rs 600 on eCommerce portal as you have listed fraudulent merchants without proper authentication about business and their KYC. Everyday we are hearing Paytm is used for fraud. please help else people will loose trust.

@abccare @Paytmcare This is what you called customer support. Go to hell. I am going to consumer court for justice. This is not about the ₹500 money, it's about the trust you broke. It's happened to me, it can happen to anyone with a big amount. You broke my trust.
