@Paytmcare That's alright I agree with whatever you are saying but on a serious note I am not able to get results from doing your best to resolve. You guys took way too much time to sort a small problem that is created because of your neglecting attitude of working in a channel

@Paytm i had to pay late fee on paytm postpaid as yesterday i could not pay my postpaid dues owing to paytm server issue . Please refund me this 295 INR amount .

@Paytmcare I couldn't update my kyc. There is no way to provide my kyc verification. The app and call centre send links that didn't work. Couldn't contact customer care. Only pre-recorded messages are told and the link sent for updating kyc is not working.
