Clarify immediately why it was dispatched and confirm that no charges will be imposed without my consent. Resolve my account limit issue or take the Soundbox back at no cost.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Booked a flight ticket from paytm. Within 24 hours as per DGCA policy I am asking to reschedule the flight. I purchased zero cancellation which I am being told I will not get zero cancellation on Rescheduled ticket. I dont get this policy at all. Pls help
