@Paytm @Paytmcare very pathetic service. Trying to close my paytm postpaid account for last three months. Several tickets raised but no solution till date. Finally deciding to shut down my paytm account and all related services.

Been 4 days I have been trying to change @paytm bank Acc holder's name & such pathetic is the service it's still pending & top of it, customer service is even more pathetic, they act like they are doing me a favor. @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

@Ganeshkoppaltot @Paytm Same happened to me couple of times and have lost money. Reply I got was that we have to contact bank as Paytm is just service provider When contacted bank, they say they can't do anything, I hv to contact merchant/vendor. This is something which needs to be addressed with UPI
