    This is a clear case of service downgrade and misrepresentation. Customers paid for AC Sleeper comfort but received a completely different service without prior notice. Requesting immediate intervention, investigation, and appropriate refund/compensation. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm my dominos vocuher amount deducted but order not placed and now it says insuffic balance and paytm team saying we will not help you

    @Paytmcare since years now we have been requesting for a sound PoS machine. Existing machine is not working since years now and even after repeated follow up with your lethargic third class local team there is absolute disregard to our concerns except fake commitments.
