    Paytm not refund money to customer. I booked air india ticket on Paytm last year in covid .BOOKING ID=10344883252.flight was cancelled. I talk to air india they say you contact to travel agent.i do message many times to Paytm but they don't reply @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytm worst customer service ever. Airline refunded the money to Paytm 3 months ago and they aren't able to refund it back. Have been calling Paytm every week since every time you guys come up with new lies no solution.

    @Paytm Paytm payments troubles, just now transferred 10k from wallet to paytm payments bank and it went to pending. Which will take 3 to 5 working days.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare has not solved my query properly, and have conveniently closed the issue by mailing me saying that it is an undentifiable issue. They do not have a proper mailing or an on call system to resolve issues on their app..SAD!!

    @Paytmcare If this type of misleading support and fake promises that you amount will be credited before 10th may,after waiting for almost 1.5months is not what I had expected from a company like Paytm.Really disappointed.Using Paytm for almost 5years,but now it’s time to switch.

    @Paytm Many of your users using fake account with wrong KYC. Looting people and taking money for the services and not responding back after that. This is pathetic after having enough security anybody can misuse your wallet feature and transfer money anytime. Can you help here?

    @Paytm are you guys making fool to the customer or what From 40 days you are not giving my airline ticket cancellation refund .. first your executive mailed me and said that please provide your bank details on 9 April, then I provided my bank details on the same.
