@Paytm @NHAI_Official Complaint no. 3281447317 Paytm fastag was showing low balance regardless sufficient balance in paytm wallet, due to which i was assured that excess fastag fee would be refunded back but still no action gas been taken after several calls on the customer care

@Paytm @NHAI_Official Complaint no. 3281447317 Paytm fastag was showing low balance although wallet was having sufficient balance due to error at paytm. I was assured that the excess fee charged at toll will be refunded back but still after several calls no refund is being done.
