    @Paytm @Paytmcare Due to delay in receiving the OTP, my account has been blocked. Receiving error "Your OTP is temporarily disabled due to OTP limit breach or OTP block". This is an issue from your side why I have to wait for 24 hours? Customer service not able to help out.

    @Paytmcare My paytm a/c is redstricted I tried several times to complete the KYC through video, but the personal attendant is useless. The home visit page always says bad request. And so is with the phone 01204456456. Thus I feel helpless. Pl help Pranav Deva 9406213090

    Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare Why do you need to read my SMS for "securing my account"? The android app version 10.9.0 isn't allowing me to login to the app, without providing this permission. Seriously! Probably it's time to deactivate my account.

    @Paytmcare Paytm fastag throws an error on every toll as blacklisted from past 6months. Toll person has to manually add an exception. I had to wait 5mins on every toll. I have complained multiple times and no resolution provided so far. Can anyone help here?
