    @Paytm @paytmostpaid @Paytmcare When we pay any amount from Paytm postpaid to any merchant a percent get deducted . Why will a merchant bear that cost ,it is a bug which need to be removed. Merchant bear the loss when customer pay through Paytm postpaid instead gpay/phonepe.

    @Paytmcare @NPCI_BHIM same issue happened again dear Paytm. Whenever I have tried to pay SIP using app and UPI money got debited but payment didn't reflected in your aap causing me due on SIP. Tell me what you needed for further help.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar App accepted wallet top up on inactive account and now it's not allowing to use that money. This is shear harassment of customer. Please address this issue and work upon your App. To make aadhar based otp system. How this can be a fintech??

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm team i have already got the reply that i'll get the late fee waiver at last Saturday but it still it's not waived off, which kind of service you guys are providing. Kindly provide me the resolution ASAP.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've completed my KYC for activating the wallet but it hasn't reflected yet. Such a tedious & unorganised process for KYC. Also tried reaching out to customer care but I haven't received and solution for my problem

    @Paytmcare Extremely dissapointing SERVICE not only via App but also on Twitter. Sent details including DM's with all info & documentary evidence. NOT EVEN an Acknowledgement, let alone taking a look & trying to understand & solve the issue. Time to DISCONTINUE using @Paytm app.

    Dear Paytm this is my last hope to resolve my issue. I've been calling you from last month about the deduction in my payment settlement. On 9th October my collection was 2390₹, but next morning only 1265₹ have been settled. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

    @sliceit_ @Paytmcare My payment was failed though money was already deducted from my slice credit card account. I tried to contact with coustomer care team but there is no response from your side.I kindly request you to please raise this issue and solve it soon as possible.

    If it is not delivering on time, then it should not show that it will deliver by 17th June. Not a single message from @GATIKWEIndia regarding delivery status nor a call. Just registering complaints and not taking action @Paytmcare Please look into this issue. #CustomerExperience

    @krdhawal @Paytmcare @Singhh45 I too have merchant account block issue , it also not been solved yet. Even after taking follow ups. When account is blocked it shall also stop accepting payments. Why it is taking so long to solve the issue

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic service from paytm I have cancelled my spicejet ticket on 24th March and booked it via paytm, Spicejet mentioned that they have initiated the refund, but it's been more than 2 weeks now and paytm didn't give me a single penny back. Prioritize this.

    @Paytmcare worst customer support of this company my problem is not fixed yet they are just sharing me bot replies in DM no resolution yet I have also tried transactions at petrol pump, grocery stores and other merchants, but still my Paytm postpaid is not working showing error.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Cashback of ₹30 not credited for my Swiggy Instamart transaction (₹219 on 09 April 2026, UPI Ref: 300470829732), despite applying the offer at checkout. Your support is giving inconsistent explanations and has not shared clear T&C.
