    @Paytmcare contd I want to raise the issue that i have not recieved my loan repayment schedule even after trying couple of times. I have pinged you the loan LAN and registered mobile number on twitter. Requesting you to send me the loan repayment schedule as soon as possible.

    @Paytmcare Extremely dissapointing SERVICE not only via App but also on Twitter. Sent details including DM's with all info & documentary evidence. NOT EVEN an Acknowledgement, let alone taking a look & trying to understand & solve the issue. Time to DISCONTINUE using @Paytm app.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I am using almost all Paytm service since longback Mr Vijay want to take paytm at top tech giant but Paytm team not doing well I was about take Paytm 1st membership , before that I was ordering 🍕 but app disappointed 😞 very pooooooor.

    1 @TSBBCare why are you using @Paytm gateway it doesn't work without login into Paytm wallet. And if we choose different options it always shows the bank servers is not responding. I have tried all the cards and NetBanking options also tried the upi option as well.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 34340, and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

    @BandBajaateRaho Appreciate the continued support, BandBajaateRaho. Per Paytm's 2025 policies, failed UPI refunds should process in 5-7 days or instantly—8 months is unacceptable. Paytmcare PaytmMoney, resolve Order ID 24383640457 now. Consumers, escalate to jagograhakjago if needed.

    @Paytm there is a serious value gap in bill payment platform industry!!. 90% NBPDCL electricity bill shifted to prepaid segment. Consumers are not able to play bill on any third party platform but only via official website. Why Paytm don’t see this as opportunity??

    @Paytmcare I contacted on 2nd July, and at that time I was told to wait till 6th July. Then the date shifted to 21st July and now once again I'm being told to wait as the issue is still being worked on. How is it even possible to take this much time? This is nothing but pure harassment now.
