    @Paytmcare i am trying to get my loan repayment schedule through your app. It says it has email it to my registered email id, however i haven't recieved any email You customer service does not gives me the option to speak to a live person. All i am getting kd automated responses

    @krdhawal @Paytmcare @Singhh45 I too have merchant account block issue , it also not been solved yet. Even after taking follow ups. When account is blocked it shall also stop accepting payments. Why it is taking so long to solve the issue

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm I am unable to use my wallet and about Rs.4000/= are locked in that. I have got KYC done at my own cost but nothing happened. It just doesn't allow me to use my own money lying in my wallet. Please help.

    1 @TSBBCare why are you using @Paytm gateway it doesn't work without login into Paytm wallet. And if we choose different options it always shows the bank servers is not responding. I have tried all the cards and NetBanking options also tried the upi option as well.

    I don't want to login into Paytm and do the recharge. And also tried every other banks upi options..@Paytm @TSBBCare . Why there is no option to use @goay .

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 34340, and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @paytm Tuesday a week completed blocked the business account no solution, no call from paytm !! When calling to tollfree customer care dial this and dial that 😕ridiculous. Understand the value of “merchant bank accounts ” mean 😕

    @Paytmcare contd I want to raise the issue that i have not recieved my loan repayment schedule even after trying couple of times. I have pinged you the loan LAN and registered mobile number on twitter. Requesting you to send me the loan repayment schedule as soon as possible.

    @Paytm Why this **** is happening and you are saying paytm karo. Every month my payment get in processing and come back after 3-4 days.

    @Paytmcare When my account itself is not allowing me to log in, how can I raise a support request through the app? I have already tried multiple times, but the agents have no knowledge about the real issue. They just keep saying it is a KYC problem, but the issue is completely different.

    Finally @Paytmcare team got time to call me after sending another reminder and simply asked for another 48 hours. Seriously 3 weeks required to provide the paid voucher code??? @vijayshekhar sir you must experience your customer service once!

    @Paytmcare Almost 24 hours and 2 tickets issued my problem remains a problem,unsolved,unresolved! Cannot make a one time payment into ui lite. It gets stuck on auto top up. @vijayshekhar a heads up to you too didn't help,what next?

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar struggling with UPI lite for 4 hours to no avail. Already 2 tickets issued to resolve issue. Unable to toggle to one time payment to upi lite. The prompt stays on auto up . I don't want to use the auto top up facility. No one has been able to resolve this. Everyone keeps sending the same messages. Please help.

    @vijayshekhar Totally accademic question. @Paytm IPO was priced at 2150. 18300 crore raised from public issue. Few months back share price was 350. Millions were cheated.
