Why will a merchant bear that cost ,it is a bug which need to be removed. Merchant bear the loss when customer pay through Paytm postpaid instead gpay/phonepe.

All they have is drop down menu where queries are not listed, IVR keeps repeating stupid queries, no email or contact to raise issues.
