@Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 34340, and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

@Paytmcare i am trying to get my loan repayment schedule through your app. It says it has email it to my registered email id, however i haven't recieved any email You customer service does not gives me the option to speak to a live person. All i am getting kd automated responses

1 @TSBBCare why are you using @Paytm gateway it doesn't work without login into Paytm wallet. And if we choose different options it always shows the bank servers is not responding. I have tried all the cards and NetBanking options also tried the upi option as well.

@krdhawal @Paytmcare @Singhh45 I too have merchant account block issue , it also not been solved yet. Even after taking follow ups. When account is blocked it shall also stop accepting payments. Why it is taking so long to solve the issue

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I am using almost all Paytm service since longback Mr Vijay want to take paytm at top tech giant but Paytm team not doing well I was about take Paytm 1st membership , before that I was ordering 🍕 but app disappointed 😞 very pooooooor.

@Paytmcare I have 2 accounts on Paytm on 2 different sim numbers. You don't accept 1 PAN for both. Now you have freezed my account & not releasing my wallet money. Ridiculous! When not allowed, why allow to create more than 1 account.And see the fun no customer care to listen to.

@Paytm i really frustrated with paytm app. I did not spend any amount from paytm postpaid but they charged amount every month. And help and support service desk is so irritating. Why are you charging unnecessary amounts?
