    @Paytmcare hi, I just want to know UTR number of my last UPI transaction. I can't find it in app. I was trying to contact your customer care number it ask me to enter OTP I recieved on registered mobile number but I haven't received any OTP and the call gets disconnected.(1/2)

    @Paytmcare Loss has to be borne by customer ultimately if you would have mentioned expiry date properly I would have used it earlier. After all it is easy to say you have not read the terms and conditions.

    @Paytm @paytmostpaid @Paytmcare When we pay any amount from Paytm postpaid to any merchant a percent get deducted . Why will a merchant bear that cost ,it is a bug which need to be removed. Merchant bear the loss when customer pay through Paytm postpaid instead gpay/phonepe.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Nowdays shopkeeper and vendors are removing QR code scan and soundbox from their shop and we are forced to do payment via others UPI app. Because the service provided by you is slow and quite expensive. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.
