    Made Paytm Postpaid Bill payment, ages ago but still showing "Payment Confirmation Awaited", sucks customer services. Last day of payment, tomorrow they will charge 250/- extra for late payment. Worst customer services. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare payment transaction done not transferred. No way to reach customer care on phone nor email. This seems to be fraud by paytm as customers money is being used without authorization. Need escalation email. Order ID 13348092434 @RBI

    My Paytm account number:9681106339 The problems are: From my paytm SBI card I made first transaction of Rs 1039 on 21/04/21. As of now cashback for this transaction is not credited. Secondly welcome bonus of Rs 750 is not credited yet.@Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm There is something fundamentally wrong with this ad. It normalizes pouncing on a customer when he is at a disadvantage. It propagates a bad culture.
