    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hlo Sir Paytm services very bad i tried to contact paytm executive before 15days but didn't solve my problem all time told me give me 2 days sir so u can't solve customer concerned thn why u show services

    Made Paytm Postpaid Bill payment, ages ago but still showing "Payment Confirmation Awaited", sucks customer services. Last day of payment, tomorrow they will charge 250/- extra for late payment. Worst customer services. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare I made a purchase on 4 April 2026 on Blinkit. As per your scratch card terms and conditions, the cashback was supposed to be credited within 15 days; however, it has still not been credited. Please look into this issue.

    @Paytmcare I made a credit card payment yesterday, but it has still not been settled or refunded to my account. The AI support bot on the app has not been helpful. I also contacted Paytm through X and was told that the amount would be settled within 8 hours. @RBI, please help

    @safiranand Yeah management was speaking about restarting Paytm payment bank. How it’s irrelevant when regulator is still not conviced about the management ability to resolve the issues ? Truth js management has failed to resolve the issue to convince rbi. It’s pure failure of @paytm mgmt

    @Lokky_9587 @Paytm Same here a large amount is stuck in Paytm payments bank.And there is no way to get them.All transactions from that bank account is getting failed and even paytm payments bank app doesn't let me login keep giving me errors

    @OfficialDMRC @Paytm Booked Delhi metro ticket T1 via Paytm. UNUSED as staff said not accepted & asked new one. As per DMRC, unused tickets refundable within 60 min I am within time. No Refund. Helpline 155370 not working. @MoHUA_India #DelhiMetro #DMRC #DelhiAirport

    @Paytmcare I transferred Rs 500 to UPI and instead of credit the remaining balance too vanished. Ticket No: #200011174671 was raised on April 1, till now only automated response or false information that issue has been resolved. Please expedite.
