Called support centre of SBI as well as IRCTC twice but still unable to get any details. All are saying that they have initiated but problem is from other end.

Despite of paying my postpaid account is showing late fee and have been blocked until I pay it. I will complain to RBI.

Only real solution is a Paypal like escrow that holds funds for a certain period. Even then I'm assuming most sellers can be convinced to do an offline transaction to save on fees and eventually be duped.
