Firstly it was free, now it's a habit to do mobile recharge via paytm, so paytm started charging rs 2 as convenience fees. @Paytmcare @Paytm. Did you guys announce it on a public platform? I hv started recharging from Gpay now!U just lost a customer!

@OfficeOfNG - sir, I want to bring to your notice about Paytm fastag service. Their KYC has been suspended by RBI and one cannot add money in wallet. Hence their fastag is useless. Further, one cannot close the Fastag because of this issue. Request you to help. @Paytm #useless

@paytmbankcare While banks, paypal, visa, MasterCard, send otp to customer to verify. You're sending MSG from customer sim to save cost, so cheap. Anyways no point, I see no benefit in using Paytm app, thanks for giving me reason to uninstall it. @Paytm
