Despite of paying my postpaid account is showing late fee and have been blocked until I pay it. I will complain to RBI.

Paytm is not resolving this issue and saying it is credited whereas bank statement is already shared. No help till now. Paytm no is 9899533661

Only real solution is a Paypal like escrow that holds funds for a certain period. Even then I'm assuming most sellers can be convinced to do an offline transaction to save on fees and eventually be duped.
