Your auto chat boat doesn't have any option for this problem and call center says they don't handle postpaid matter. Where to raise concern?

Despite of paying my postpaid account is showing late fee and have been blocked until I pay it. I will complain to RBI.

Only real solution is a Paypal like escrow that holds funds for a certain period. Even then I'm assuming most sellers can be convinced to do an offline transaction to save on fees and eventually be duped.
