Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm

@Paytmcare i am facing issue on my paytm postpaid account despite of paying ontime, it is showing late fee charge of 850rs. Your auto chat boat doesn't have any option for this problem and call center says they don't handle postpaid matter. Where to raise concern?

@vijayshekhar @Paytm dear sir pls lookinto this harrasment by paytm. Postpaid is part of paytm offering why it is not covered in your customer support? Despite of paying my postpaid account is showing late fee and have been blocked until I pay it. I will complain to RBI.

I've paid my credit card bill through paytm. The app shows order success, but the bank has still not reflected the payment status. Neither paytm in app status shows that the bill is paid. I found no way to get connected to a customer representative/executive for this. @Paytmcare
