    @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Unbale to use paytm. I have already written to your CC team, but no resolution has been provided yet. Since I don’t have access to my Paytm ac on my primary device, I’m unable to raise a ticket. Request you to please look into this and resolve it earliest
