Prioritize this.

Called operator, said bus cancelled, “refund aa jayega” and cut call. 7+ days now. Paytm hiding behind operator approval while holding my money. ZERO support, only bots/IVR.

It seems they lost interest in consumer app, even Times Prime Paytm flight booking codes broken starting with R49 series, not working.
