    Paytm just swallowed 2 days payment on behalf of sound box charges which is even not in use from last 1 year without even giving message of deduction and any in app notification just swallowed all my 2 days hard working money @Paytm @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @AdyitSngh I too faced this issue. But @Paytmcare you should understand that accessibility is used by antivirus software as well. Not necessarily its being misused. So better add some whitelist to the check.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare, I recharged a ₹29 data pack on my number but the pack has not been activated yet. Amount was deducted successfully Rs.29.00 debited from A/C XXXXXX5473 and credited to paybil3066@ptybl. Ref: 205805684113 Please check and resolve this issue ASAP #PaytmSupport

    @Paytm @Paytmcare ₹336 payment was successfully deducted via UPI, but no order was placed and no refund received yet. Meesho support keeps delaying with 24–48 hrs excuse and now even that timeline is over. Kindly help and initiate refund/chargebackASAP UPI Ref No: 205630856924

    @Paytmcare Issue is temporarily resolved only if i disable my antivirus every time i want to use paytm wallet. That’s not a solution, so pls escalate my feedback properly — this over-aggressive detection is frustrating.

    @Paytmcare 2. Now, customer support says the “bot gave incorrect information” and that the transaction was actually successful from their technical team’s end. 3. Their explanation? “The bot is just a bot, not the technical team.” @Paytm @Paytmcare
