    @Paytmcare I think you don't understand simple english. No help is provided so far. I still didn't get my upi lite balance. Would advise everyone to uninstall Paytm and switch to another upi app.

    Does anyone have ever succeeded in getting connected to Paytm customer support? It keeps throwing Paytm assistant which is one of the dumbest assistant. Please help if someone has it. Need it urgently. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    Dear @paytm I was trying to update my bank account I don't know why there is so much limitations on my account while despite having a call with paypal agent with id proof still they are not opening or let me change my account what doesn't it means ? Please help me I need your 🙏

    @Paytmcare Update: @PaytmCare confirmed refund on March 27 and said 3-5 working days. It has been 8 working days and still no refund. App shows "Processing Refund" but nothing credited. Cybercrime complaint active. Will escalate to RBI Ombudsman if not resolved by tomorrow.

    @Paytmcare All shorts of Mail and contact customer care call done everyone give me assurance that they are working on it till date my account status is same
