@Paytm Booked a bus ticket for Nov 22 2021. Cancelled on 20th but couldn’t. Let the customer service know and was told 100% refund will be issued. Been 35 days today and no refund has been issued. Escalation department reading a script and have the guts to threaten on call.

@Paytm Please give my refunded money.I pay a electricity bill on 22 Oct. And that payment get failed and it shows that" we have refunded your payment " but I didn't get a refund yet. Please help and return my refund as soon as possible.. Iam waiting for it since October.

@OfficialGsrtc i booked ticket from @Paytm UPI and money got deducted but ticket didn't confirm , this happened 2 or 3 time , such a poor service..😑
