You can dispatch a Soundbox to my address, but you cannot resolve the basic issue preventing me from accepting payments?

  I’ve made a UPI Transaction yesterday at 4:11 pm, it’s been debited from my acc but not credited in recipients acc, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer care for @Paytm & @aubankindia but to no avail, I’m just getting the bot response. It’s so unethical.
