@Paytm your app is worst app. I have sell the gold of rs 50 rs from Paytm gold, but I received the amount of rs 49 only. The customer care is telling to contact merchant but I can't see a option to contact the merchant. What this!

@Paytmcare hi. Go air refund my credit shell money to mode of payment i.e. Paytm on 23 rd March, 2021 but I couldn't get my refund neither in Paytm wallet and nor in my link account for this I also contacted customer care on 0120 4880880 on 19th April, 2021 but still no response

@Paytm: Waiting for the customer care response from last one month for query reference no.: 187289751 (with respect to booking id: 13050256602). Booked two Indigo tickets (via Paytm) on 17th March and cancelled both tickets (on 1st April and 8th April).
