@Paytm your app is worst app. I have sell the gold of rs 50 rs from Paytm gold, but I received the amount of rs 49 only. The customer care is telling to contact merchant but I can't see a option to contact the merchant. What this!

@Paytm i am really surprised how you people are surviving with zero customer service. Its been almost a week that i am calling your helpline and visiting kyc point. Though my KYC is already complete my paytm wallet is inactivate. I am paying penalties on the toll plazas! Pathetic

Hey @Paytm I have fasttag. It doesn't work. It ask to do kyc to activate. But KYC is already activate. Now I can't even transfer fasttag. You customer care is crap, they don't know. Your KYC agent says, KYC is already done. Why you do the business which you don't know?

@Paytm bought #fasttag from u & was sent incorrect barcode!Was traveling from nasik 2 del today & was stopped at every toll plaza inspite of having balance! Called support team multiple times only to be told after 5 hrs dat they will ship new tag! Where do i take delivery on rd?
