    @Paytmcare it is extremely painful to get in touch with a customer care executive. Tried call and chat options in the app. Wasted a lot of tome. I’ve a serious issue with my debit card and need to speak to customer care. Please help.

    @Paytmcare I once bought a fastag with my paytm wallet for a car I didn't own, since then fastag has been using my wallet balance without my knowledge. I want to remove this service immediately, but not been able to get any meaningful help from you or your app. pls help. pls dm
