    Hi there, Their is an issue Regarding your debit card, I Swiped your debit card in ATM, the amount has been deducted but cash not dispensed from it, i Received a slip "MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE". i raised this issue on your app but didn't get responses yet. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare when try to reach out to PAYTM customer care it is just PATHETIC, there is no way I can reach out to PAYTM customer case. Autobots are useless, online help is big joke and there is no way I can reach out to real person to explain this issue. IVR options are just taking

    @Paytmcare I'm having terrible time getting an issue resolved with paytm. I have been following up with them with more than 1.5 months now with no resolution. You should pls remove the word CARE from your twitter handle because you guys just do not care. I feel cheated using paytm app.

    @Paytmcare I'm seeing two transactions on my credit card from PAYTM one in Dec21 for Rs 19915 and one more in Jan22 for Rs 20731, credit card bank is not having info about these transactions other than that these are from PAYTM. But when I try to reach out to PAYTM customer

    @Paytmcare i paid 10000 for credit card bill, money deducted but bill not paid. Customer service on paytm assistant never connects to agent. Just ask for feedback. Is my money gone ??
