Hi there, Their is an issue Regarding your debit card, I Swiped your debit card in ATM, the amount has been deducted but cash not dispensed from it, i Received a slip "MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE". i raised this issue on your app but didn't get responses yet. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@sagarcasm Paytm is a ****. They force you to use their pay later service by not giving you the option to choose the payment method when you click on pay and then they charge you 3% convenience fee at the end of the month. @Paytm **** you.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Your app does not workto pay the Paytm postpaid bill. You levied a fine on my account when the payment option didn't work And your "24*7 customer support" is a chatbot whose postpaid section has only one option to click following which it will close the chat!

but they are not even sending me the mail and I have its recording as well. I have never seen such bad service They are making people mad by adding unnecessary charges in the name of postpaid and if still my postpaid account is not closed then I will complain against them @Paytm
