Hi there, Their is an issue Regarding your debit card, I Swiped your debit card in ATM, the amount has been deducted but cash not dispensed from it, i Received a slip "MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE". i raised this issue on your app but didn't get responses yet. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare it’s very sad that Paytm doesn’t have proper customer support team after waiting for 20 -30 min there some guy will response and then they will tell they don’t have information…. It’s really sad about it and this will be my last use of paytm I will also stop others

@Paytmcare terrible processes in case of an issue using paytm payments. Extremely customer unfriendly app and custome 'care'. My problem involved only 300 rupees (approx) and hence i am dropping the matter. But will not use paytm now. No confidence in Paytm.

@Paytmcare Flight was rescheduled then only I have requested for cancellation. If flight is rescheduled or preponed then also customer's are not eligible for refund?? If not then why Paytm excutive and airindia confirmed me at the time of cancellation?

@Paytm i have done a transaction on 31/03/2022 from wallet to bank transfer it's still in pending process till date and u guys close my ticket that issue resolved what ******** is that when u can't resolve the issue then close this app.
