Hi there, Their is an issue Regarding your debit card, I Swiped your debit card in ATM, the amount has been deducted but cash not dispensed from it, i Received a slip "MACHINE IS OUT OF SERVICE". i raised this issue on your app but didn't get responses yet. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@nistula @Paytm @PaytmMall Not right to blame the organisation all the time. Why did Mr. Pandey waited till the last moment to order Fastag. Understand we indian have the habit of usually registering for anything on the dates near to deadline. The issue might be on logistics partner side too.

Better don't use @Paytm for upi transactions, my issue is not resolved yet, I paid 2606.20₹ to @StarBazaarIndia on jan 26th through paytm payments bank, money is debited but merchant rejected the transaction as it is failure. No refund yet to bank

@Paytm trying to call you for UPI related credit issue but ur system is so cumbersome that I am unable to find a suitable option. Pls make is user friendly. Further there was a credit in 12th feb from PharmEasy which is not reflecting on account pls look into some urgently

@Paytm pathetic customer care. When you mention your problem at 24 by 7 customer care in app, they have to say 'we cannot help' . You need to do something which is not possible. I will never ever buy anything from Paytm.
