    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, I am facing an issue while logging into my app. Even after entering the correct OTP, the app shows a "wrong OTP" or submission error. Please fix this login glitch at the earliest.

    How were senior citizens expected to know a TDR was required when Paytm itself showed “Train Cancelled”? This is a clear service failure. @Paytm @Paytmcare please take responsibility, investigate and refund ₹3,702.65 immediately. All supporting screenshots are attached. 3/3

    Why should customers bear financial losses caused by @Paytmcare failure to provide timely support? I expect Paytm to take full responsibility for any additional fees incurred due to this delay.
