What a pathetic service by @airtelindia. Couldn't do DTH recharge through airtel thanks app despite trying several times. But with use of @Paytm , I could do it in 2 minutes. #customerservice #Airtel

@Paytmcare its been 1 month that the paytm sound box is given to get repaired in ahmedabad, now nobody is willing taking call. Irresponsible guys are Bhaumik shah and Jay vakhariya. Worst service ever from paytm.

@Paytmcare When I made a payment of electricity bill on 20th August 2021 an amount of ₹4926 deducted from my Axis Bank account but not shown in paytm, and the amount has not also reversed to my account, Hence it is requested to solve the problem and reverse the amount to me

@Paytm @Paytmcare horrible fintech & customer support. I scanned QR code but Paytm transferred money to some other merchant account. Customer support 45min call transfer here and there no solution. Today I realized cash is far better than this fintech bullshit. @vijayshekhar
