Hey @Paytm, please tell me how can I deactivate my Paytm Postpaid? Every time I raise a request using your chat support, it doesn’t get resolved. When I try to calling your customer care, a recorded voice message says paytm postpaid request are not handled here. What should I do?

@Paytmcare i booked ticket in irctc via paytm using my card and canceled few tickets and the refund is not credited back to card. It's credit in paytm wallet. Not able to reach support via call or chat - only automatic response is there. It is not the right way to handle refund @
