    @Paytmcare I'm trying to get in touch with human Paytm representative but everytime i call to paytm customer care machine tells me " we are experiencing too many calls today." WTF dude why are you running this company when you are not able to solve customer issues ?😡

    @Paytm There is no way to contact @paytm this is really weird how an NBFC work without an Email support ? And your 24hr app is just a Robo which doesn’t not address any real time scenario and no one bothers to reply , cx care numbers are not responsive #quitpaytm

    @Paytm Once I have used this Paytm postpaid and got a bill amount to be paid before due date. But in my case i got refund amount credited on the due date but even then i have been fined. And also there is no customer care team to check postpaid issues.

    @Paytmcare undoubtedly the worst cc service. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since March. Raised at least 12-15 tickets on the app, tried to contact thru calls, emails. Special mention to the absolutely non sense cc service section in the app as well as the IVR.
