    @Paytmcare I have been following up on a ticket seeking help in downloading a statement till date starting 2018 from paytm for one of the accounts for which I believe the wallet balance is incorrect.. inspite of several requests neither have I received the statement nor any..1/3

    @SnehSays @Paytmcare Very poor service and attitude. Imagine the mental trauma a girl goes if she misses her flight and nowhere to go at 11 pm at night that too in Delhi. The reason was the poor upkeep of the bus and poor due diligence by Paytm. Both are responsible and should make up for the loss.
