    @Paytm @Paytmcare - I am not ae to send money to normal paytm users in wallet. I hv done offline KYC, online kyc, updated PAN card. Explined this issue at lesst 10 times. Shared screenshot but still no resolution. Ticket # 3175239558 @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm So you invented convenience fees of 2 inr: I recharged directly from airtel website using paytm upi... Without any convenience fees. How smart we are.

    I see the Soundbox already supports Indian languages (Good job btw 🙏) Wonder why the vendors don't use it then? Guessing may be only newer devices have support by default? Older ones need an upgrade? Or this is just lack of awareness on features? cc: @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Not able to access my account so,connected mobile no is in feature phone not smart phone. previously logeedmin phone another phone, now paytm not allowing that, What is the way to access the account . Help urgently.

    @Paytmcare one of the worst payment service in India even they are not stand on their own promise and timeline. Now reply will be "please DM us". I had already DM many times. kindly check that. And reply
