    @Paytmcare How its fair u are at fault Your app promised to provide live location as well bus driver contact number will be provided but what u give no link and broken customer care number of distribution who doesn't pick call at night not satisfactory well going to file consumer complaint.

    @Paytmcare Yes the rerouting was arranged by AirAsia team, after I contacted them for help. Because you guys are stuck with AI. Since the route has been changed now? What is the policy or process for the additional flight that I have to take now to Kolkata from Guwahati.

    Worst experience with RSRTC & Paytm! Sirsa→Sri Ganganagar (21 Apr, 10:58 AM). No bus info, no support. Bus late, conductor refused ticket, then “adjusted”. Unacceptable! Take action & refund. @Paytm @RSRTC_OFFICIAL

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm
