    @Paytmcare @paytm My half day waste n mental harrasment done by CC coz they don't know about KYC centers n sending customers without knowing. Apart from this CC supervisor told me to send link for Paytm ombudsman to raise this issue, but no link yet. CC is so unprofessional

    @Paytmcare I m using paytm for last 4 years & i also use paytm postpaid where i have got 3K₹ limit & also this month i paid my dues but still for last 2 week i am not able to use Paytm postpaid so if you can't resolve this issue today then i will uninstall your Paytm.

    @Paytmcare It's been 2 days and I haven't received any satisfactory solution on my ticket id 3188658481. Someone has done fraud with me using Paytm and if Paytm can't rectify it then I would not like to use paytm from future. So please help.

    @Paytmcare sir my account is block i not use Paytm business app and Paytm account all documents uploaded but 20 hours gone no response from customer care i have Paytm swipe machine but Paytm account is block i am not use it so please slove my problem I am ur 6 year old custom
