    @Paytm Do improve your services . Your app is causing serious issues to my parents. Every other day my paytm wallet is freezed without any reason. KYC status is shown as full KYC. The worst part is that I am not even allowed to close my FastTag.

    When we post payment through paytm it take more time rather than other app. Contact to 24*7 they are unable to help. @Paytmcare plz help

    @Paytmcare my wallet has been frozen all of sudden. Please look into this issue immediately. I've been filing the complaints regarding the matter since last two days. But, I didn't receive any response in the in-app support section.

    @Paytmcare there is fraud from my paytm account of 38000 from HDFC credit card that amount added to my Paytm wallet and used all money on mpl gaming automatically when I get to know about this I complaint about this and they blocked my paytm account reg no. 6393759675 please help

    Hey @IRCTCofficial ,I was booking the ticket. So while payment I used @Paytm UPI. My money got debited but ticket was not booked and I haven't got refund yet also I didn't got any msg from irctc about refund. Please help me asap.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Worst exp. with Paytm. Not able to activate Wallet. From last 1 month getting "Sorry, we could not complete your verification at this time !" Also tried with customer care and visited to KYC store but no luck..
