@Paytm @Paytmcare hi, I have pre-close one of my PL a week before and it is still not been closed. I tried to call the customer care, only IVR option available and option to talk with the customer support person. I wonder how people will get help if needed immediately. 👎🏻👎🏻

@Paytm @Paytmcare guys don't have any intentions to serve their customers. On Saturday they asked me question against my issue, i gave all proofs then they said they are working on it. Today they asked same ques again. Then on what were u working for past 5 days @vijayshekhar ?😡
