Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, i sent a tweet for closing the postpaid service. As in past, i have shared my Paytm number in the DM of @Paytmcare. I got a call within 2-3 minutes and he asked me for OTP to proceed further to close postpaid service.

Most of the people in Paytm's support team are also idiots,when you call,first they say that your account is active and when I request them, send my last 2 months statement,then they say that the account is blocked, in 24-48 hours you will get call from senior team. @Paytmcare
