@Paytmcare Paytm charged me rs 2000 for sound box 2.0 but it came with manufacturing defect so their courier guy picked it up but now after 45 days and 100s of customer care call, they send me DM of Twitter that they can't help.. don't ever buy it.

@Paytmcare Paytm has worst service on postpaid I tried to close my postpaid account from past 30 days they are still says we are working on it but they don't work. I reached them through helpline and DM and paytm grievance still they don't closed my account
