    @Paytm @Paytmcare Ticket 197784430 Paytm customer care doesn't try to understand the problem ever. Instead of understanding the technical issues, they gave copy pasted answer repeatedly even after taking 15 days time. The worst customer service ever. #disappointed

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @Paytmcare #paytmkaro My account got blocked . I provide all my KYC related documents but Paytm help support marked my query as solved . I don't do any faudaulant transaction, Someone report my account . Their is no response given Paytm and my money stuck.

    @Paytmcare Do you have a customer care number or not regarding bill payment? In my case the electricity bill payment done on 02.09.2021 is showing success, but it is not paid to the provider. In my current bill I hv got arrears. Whom to contact?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I made a rent payment on 23rd sep but till now payment is in processing & ur CC team does not ready to provide resolution some will disconnect the call and some says we don't have a solution than who will assist me on this? Don't you have proper cc service?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare your customer service supervisor telling he will disconnect my service when i asked for resolution of my service ticket. So nice to hear kindly transfer all my balance amount to my bank including fast tag balance and I'll go to another vendor. SHAME ON YOU PAYTM
