    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hi, my friend's account has been debited, showing as payment done to Paytm. But he has not made any payment to Paytm. He is unable to track the payment. The bank is not helping and also unable to reach Paytm care through call. Please help.

    Officially as of now @Paytmcare has refused to compensate me on their service failure. I have logged complaint on consumer forum as of now against them and Shymoli Travels. I don't want any coupon code I want full reimbursement @vijayshekhar what is your company doing??

    @Paytmcare Appreciate the response @Paytm @Paytmcare, but this issue has already been ongoing for will be close to 2 months within the next 10 days.Since then, I’ve continuously followed up through tickets, escalation, and emails. At this point, I would really appreciate a concrete update.

    @Paytmcare Issue is temporarily resolved only if i disable my antivirus every time i want to use paytm wallet. That’s not a solution, so pls escalate my feedback properly — this over-aggressive detection is frustrating.
