So a amazing service example… I bought a Fastag from @Paytm @Paytmcare when it was launched, they made a mistake with my vehicle registration number then I complained on Twitter they replaced it with a new one best part, still the fastag had wrong registration no.

@darshanvmehta1 Only luck can turn tables for @Paytm . No substance in business. Trap for retailers. Garbage fundamentals. I really appreciate their audacity though to come up with such pricy IPO. It should be reduced to just 10%.
