@Paytmcare I'm dedicated customer of only Paytm for last few years but being a banking finance company its customer care is pathetic There's no call center & somehow if you call, they direct to chat support Chat support is run by AI bots which keeps giving non useful BS options

@Paytm That’s COZ when you change the way you RECOGNISE REVENUES. Instead of netting off Discount or customer incentives at the Revenue level, one starts netting off these Discounts & customer incentives at the cost level, one gets bigger Revenue and even bigger costs. ZERO SUM GAME
