Please check @nsitharaman @jagograhakjago @Paytm offers Postpaid option to users, but then they don't give any option to close the account, they don't have any legit support and keep registering the account at multiple Finance companies without any concent from the consumer

@Paytmcare hats off to your service, in the name of service you people just making poeple fool.From more than 15 days , raised compleint regarding account issue & 5 to 6 time calls with customer care , "0" is the result i got. No more PAYTM onwards.. thank you for worst service

@Paytm i just did a recharge of rs 118 with reference ID 2634607313, the money for debited but no recharge was done @airtelindia. Both of their customer service is fully unusual 😑😑

One there is no response from Paytm 24x7 Help as whoever has engineered that made it sure that consumer get stuck. And @Paytmcare is managed by some interns who actually have least care for consumer facing issues. I wonder what it takes for people to do their job in this country.
