  Thanks @Paytm for refund . Both side issue was their. my side issue was i did not check 57 pack is still availabe in bsnl. They removed it. Paytm side issue is if 57 pack is invalid, then recharge should fail and refund, but it is done recharge with another pack.

  @paytmgold @paytmgoldcare @Paytmcare I'm regretting my decision for investing gold in paytm. Redeemed my gold on 2nd Nov and it is supposed to be delivered but since 3rd Nov it's showing as information received for pickup but no further update. Paytm support gives scripted reply

  @Paytmcare i have one Big Bazar voucher in my wallet but when I go for redeem that they told me it has expired. I contact to customer care but they also don't solve my issue. In 24x7 also no such issue available in options. Plz resolve my issue and & share customer care mail id.
