    @Paytm 2. Next time my fastag is blacklisted due to low balance. And i am paying double toll from that day of January 2022 to till date of july. After call paytm customer care they informed that 2nd account is created on my number. Due to that my fastag data is stuck to old account.

    @paytm @Paytmcare do you have support team it's ridiculous yrr i have raised a complaint for bank name correction before 5 days no budy response me till. @Paytm shame on your customer service

    @AdnanhashmiO @Paytm That's quite unfortunate, had similar issues, spoke to the customer care but nothing happened until I was referred to @khalid_cybertech on Instagram who helped me out

    @Paytm 3. Here is a catch. How new account is created, when there is option of only login via otp. This is server error of paytm and i am paying for that. There is no way to recharge my fastag. Not even close fastag, or issue new fastag till old account is recoverd.

    @vijayshekhar my paytm account is blocked from many days due to KYC,i have send required documents somany times.i’m not able to add money in my wallet i called your paytm call centre so many times but they are not able to solve my problem.@Paytmcare Not efficient enough. Help sir

    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare thanks for the reply. I am an old customer. Still why my KYC is not being updated. I went in person for KYC but no luck. Also UPI/ Net banking nothing is working that would help me pay against my Fastag. Can anything be done?
