@Paytmcare how many times a customer need to pay convinces fee for Paytm postpaid that to 100/- and whatever the support mail you have mentioned in mail that is not valid if it is not valid how people can reach out you if they have problem.

I have done a rent payment transaction on 29th Nov On Paytm but till now the amount has been not credited to landlords account.This is very pathetic service by @Paytm as i can't talk to a agent via call tooo and it's a heavy amount it has been 2days in processing. help @Paytmcare

Post paid service has been stopped after clear the loan of 6000 it's stop without informing and it's showing that your not eligible I used Paytm postpaid from last 6 months i paid 6000 loan yesterday' It's linked up with Flipkart @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytmcare I have been charged rs638/- postpaid bill payment as convenience fee, no information and no one is there to help me on understanding that, what the rubbish is this man. And chat support is like mad robot. No one gives proper answers. What customer is looking. Such a disgusting.

@Paytm Biggest fraud I don't want to use your postpaid service .please help me to close it. Without information you guys are taking 2 percent+ convenient fee . Even I had already paid and balance was zero. I thought it's similar like Normal pay later but it's not
