@Paytmcare Team, This is with reference to PayTM SBI Credit Card Application Id: 2510813000261, even after 15 Days, no executive from SBI has contacted me for KYC collection. I've tried calling the SBI HELPLINE given in the FAQS, but asking me to contact PayTM CUSTOMER CARE only.

Typical corporate culture in providing resolution, it blows my mind that @Paytm is an all digital service and yet working like this. The option to update address while ordering physical card should have been there in the app in the first place

@Paytm paytm is a useless service. Dont use paytm.u will loose your money if u transact through paytm. It intentionally disappear transaction from your passbook and eventually u loose ur money of which paytm doesnt take responsibility. Avoid using paytm

@Paytm how can I enable SMS updates on transactions (ride auto-pay) done via @Olacabs ? I usually get SMS of the amount paid when I complete a ride with Uber. Please help.
