@FASTag_NETC @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm has blocked access to my wallet which is used to make FASTag recharges. They continue to pester us for submitting documents (PAN, Aadhaar already submitted) in order to "un-freeze" the wallet. unable to travel!

@Paytmcare look the way of working of paytm .....they told me that their team will responds within 4 hours..and 13 hrs later i didnt get any respond frm them.....lgta h inlogo ko 150 hrs ka 1 din smajh aata h......gaali dene ka mn ho rha h pr tm app ho .....

I don't know what's the problem facing @Paytm now days. I opened a merchant account 2 months ago suddenly in december i saw that my account was deactivated by paytm. When i contact with paytn customer care it raise a complain against my issue and told me to wait for 24 - 48 hrs.

@paytmbankcare Very poor response from Paytm. Your Fastag service is as bad as you share prices. Maybe I'll switch to some other bank for Fastag. @Paytm

I first complain on 26 December. It almost 18 days to go my problem is not solve yet. Even Now i can't talk to the @Paytmcare agent directly. Very poor service by @paytm and @Paytmcare
