@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Sooner or later, paytm will loose Market to Banks Mobile app & PhonePe. You guys has too slow interface & process, you're even not capable to Recharge Fastag & CC payments. Paytm take too much time. Worst Experience with Fastag Recharge!

I have never seen any worst service than @Paytm customer care service. You can’t contact them over 📞, and issue is not resolved on the app. I hv bn struggling for 3 days. @Paytmcare More frustrating is they never contact you,even ticket is raised.
