    @Paytm your AI chatbox keeps refreshing and not able to go through with filing a grievance redressal. Conveinently you have no customer care support through phone or email.

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
