    @Paytmcare Do you people really work on this issue? Waive off the late payment fee incorrectly lieved on my paytm postpaid account OR let me know the procedure to close the Postpaid service. I don't need it anymore if I would recieve such pathetic support from paytm on customer issues.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have raise some issue related to kyc. Do Paytm have to pay any charge for KYC ?because the shop I went to update the KYC asked to pay 150 rs charge.

    Very poor service @Paytm @PaytmMoney At least provide good customer care services to resolve issue . Don't have an idea how people can suffer due to your technical issues. One can suffer with big lose because of this technical issues. Take a look at problem As soon as possible

    Hi @Paytm team. I have been trying to get an issue resolved through "24x7" customer support for the last one month. It has been frustrating interacting with the support team and I have not been able to get in touch with any real person who I can talk to. Can anybody please help?
