    Travelling from patna to Ranchi. Booked ticket via @Paytm No amenities is working even AC is not working. We all are suffering from suffocation. Even @Paytmcare is not responding well. So irresponsible Chandralok Travels

    @paytm @PaytmTravelCare I am traveling from delhi to patna now, i booked tickets via Paytm but now driver is telling to get down 200 km before patna and said we wont go there ,you can go by your own, why the hell Paytm done this fraudge, who will be responsibe for it

    @Paytmcare @Paytm it happed to be i have sent Rs 400 to a wrong UPI I'd on 30th May and i have connected with your customer care and i filled the form of wrong transaction too but I have received no reply still now. Please refund the money please I need it 😥😥😭

    Dont use @Paytmcare @Paytm U cant deactivate ur account. Also u will not make any communication to coustomer care . Bad service. Highly charge to use paytm postpaid so please avoid

    @Paytmcare No you don't connect and inspect is something you never do. Only the automated responses the customers get and after few attempts from the customer, you close the issue marked as resolved. You don't give a damn whether the issue really got resolved or not!!
