    @PaytmBank @Paytm I have tried reaching your CS and not able to get any answers. My customer has done their payment twice and your portal doesn’t reflect that. Called the CS with the issue and there has been no answer. The CS executive also hasn’t asked for any payment screenshot

    I am begging resolution of very simple problem from last 2 months. I have merged previous Paytm account to new one 9415646104. Since then I am not able to complete my KYC and not able to recharge my fasttag even close it. @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
