    @Paytmcare @dhruva_goud If bank takes only 3-5 working days why then u didn't add refund of 1500 rs to my paytm bank ( refund initiated at 3rd December) Such a pathetic service from Paytm didn't accept this from Paytm

    I have call recording that clears that I have not requested to cancel my flight @Paytm I have requested for my refund. Also I have reschedule my flight @IndiGo6E website how they can allow 3rd person to cancel my ticket w/o my permission?

    flight tikt book IDR-DEL for date 11.12 from paytm - 6E175. Due to demise of my friend I have reschedule to 29.01 from indigo website. Now my ticket got cancel. @IndiGo6E is telling paytm cancel flight and @Paytm is telling we have not. #Shame #indigo #paytm

    Hi @Paytm, I'm tired of your poor service. It has been almost 3 days and I haven't received my refund yet. There is no option for the customer to connect with customer support. You're a very pathetic service provider.
