    @Paytm Credit card bill payment is pending for more than 48 hours and there is no help from so called AI powered Customer Care. I need to know whether the payment will process or when i will get the redund. Let me know how much time will it take to solve the issue.

    @Paytmcare Great morning all. You as an finance handling company unable to solve my issue. I have mailed you texted you more than 40 times . Still the issue was not resolved. I felt ashamed by the way being your customer for 7 yrs.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I had selected the wrong service provider while recharging. Already raised grievance stating the same vide ticket ID 200012157054 but the refund is still not initiated. 🤷🏾🤷🏾
