    @Paytm sir after a factory reset and full update I'm unable to use paytm app. Please make it compatible for Samsung galaxy j7 model 2016. On website I'm not able to use saving account of paytm payment bank.

    @Paytmcare The option on the app doesn't work. If it isn't working. How will a screenshot work ? Have about replicating the issue from your end. Have you tried that ? Or is reducing customer's effort OR solving your own problems first hand not one of my motto ?

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar Why I'm unable use my wallet even after doing KYC again & again. Your customers service is worst cuz it's unable to connect with a person whom I can talk. These ****** bots don't work. Raised number of queries no answer from you guys.

    @Paytm, @Paytmcare currently am not able to access my store value pass for Mumbai Metro nor am able to raise a complaint from the app. Is there any issue. When it is expected to be resolved.
