@Paytm it is weird u won't accept e-Pan card as document for KYC. Either the govt is stupid to issue e-Pan (it is accepted by all physical banks) or you feel ur rules are above the govt guidelines. Either way, you just lost a 5 yr customer on re-KYC. @GooglePayIndia interested?

Hi @Paytm @IRCTCofficial I had booked train 12904 from Vadodra to Mumbai on 22 Dec (PNR: 2713463408). The train was late by >8hrs (I had a flight next), thus, I had to cancel and raise the issue with Paytm. However, I haven't received any refund or any process being done for it.

I want to close my Paytm Postpaid, I tried to tell my problem to customer care. They told me they will send me a link by which I can raise the query for this problem, but no response came from their side. This was really unexpected from you guys .@paytm

@Paytm Booked a bus ticket for Nov 22 2021. Cancelled on 20th but couldn’t. Let the customer service know and was told 100% refund will be issued. Been 35 days today and no refund has been issued. Escalation department reading a script and have the guts to threaten on call.
