    Travelling from patna to Ranchi. Booked ticket via @Paytm No amenities is working even AC is not working. We all are suffering from suffocation. Even @Paytmcare is not responding well. So irresponsible Chandralok Travels

    Hey @PaytmCare, your service is shameful! You hide 'single-use' terms on flight vouchers to rob users. You stole my ₹2,281 and your agents shamelessly closed my ticket (200012349631) without resolution. This is outright fraud! Stop scamming and refund my money! #PaytmFraud

    @Paytmcare @Paytm ticket not resolving its been more than 48 hrs Ticket id - 200012533196 No one is responding over chat, no option to call, what a worst service it is !!! Deducted money for bus ticket, that has been cancelled by bus operator, now no refund has been processed.

    & when I called to @Paytm support, the guy keeps repeating can't help in this. I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Seriously what the heck is wrong with you guys! My dad wants to cancel soundbox subscription, called u repeatedly, always gave a service no, still charges deducted months after months, Close his Soundbox ASAP!! PLEASE STOP HARRASING!! Pathetic!!

I’ve been trying to complete device verification for the last 3 days but keep getting “Verification couldn’t be completed – We didn’t receive the verification SMS”. I already have an unlimited recharge pack + extra top-up balance on my number. Still not able to login. Please resolve this urgently. You can also attach the screenshot of the error when you post it.

    @Paytmcare why buyin soundbox compulsary with QRcode service. Your silence proves ur MALIGN INTENT. U hv instructed ur REGIONL Mangrs 2nt allow sell QR scannersseperately n force merchats 2buy soundbox for 999rs. Iam reporting this to @RBI how u forcin small biz 2buy soundbox
