    Travelling from patna to Ranchi. Booked ticket via @Paytm No amenities is working even AC is not working. We all are suffering from suffocation. Even @Paytmcare is not responding well. So irresponsible Chandralok Travels

    Worst service ever by so called app @Paytmcare @paytm I have booked a train ticket on 19 March. But even after my ticket got cancelled as the ticket was a rlwl ticket, but still Paytm haven't refunded my amount. I can't even talk to their so called customer care. #Pathetic app

    @Paytmcare @Paytm It has been over 15 days now & till date issue regarding fastag incorrect deduction isnt resolved. Everyday, paytm sends an repeated same dumb auto message asking for documents, which I have given multiple times. I m just shocked to experience this. Please help

    Hi @Paytm very disappointed with your customer support. I've raised a help request regarding charges on my postpaid account. It has been almost 15 days now and no revert from your end. Thinking of discontinuing Paytm services if that's the support you guys offer. @Paytmcare

    What kind of pathetic customer care support in the @Paytm app. There is no one to talk to everyone is bot my problem is not listing there. My account was blocked since 3 months all the necessary document are given but no one is responding. @Paytmcare what are doing?
