    Bookg ID- 27512648627 Please refund my ATP charges. My ticket are not processed. I even not landed to IRCTC page then how can you deduct these charges. Please issue full refund. Else I need to go to legal help @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar please issue full refund & stop this
