    Travelling from patna to Ranchi. Booked ticket via @Paytm No amenities is working even AC is not working. We all are suffering from suffocation. Even @Paytmcare is not responding well. So irresponsible Chandralok Travels

    @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.

    @Paytmcare dear do you care about your customer how many I had complain you about not working of paytm but you didn't respond. @FinMinIndia @FinancialTimes
