    Hey @Paytmcare I did a UPI transaction yesterday through your app and my money got debited but never went to the sender. Both the respective banks @TheOfficialSBI and @KotakBankLtd are giving no valid response and neither are you. Kindly fix this ASAP before I escalate this.

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in BFSI sector. I have uploaded my kyc on 22nd March 23 and still it's not done. ticket I'd 7012810126. How much more time I need to wait??

    @Paytmcare Booking Id:- 27060342842 I had later rescheduled the flight date through Paytm only and I need GST invoice for end to end transactions involved but it only shows old date, air india says only through travel agent can give that but paytm says otherwise. Not happy with service...
