    Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare What is taking you guys so long to process my refund back in my account. Cancelled my flight tickets on 16th April , It’s been over a month now.. Already called Paytm care more than 13 times 😡 and issue was highlighted more than 8 times ( wow )

    @Paytmcare unable to add my email ID to my account to download balance statement. Trying for two days. 24 care just keeps sending the edit profile link which doesn’t work and keeps giving error message. Please address on priority

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness - I am a senior citizen, am scared - some fraudulent merchant account has been opened in my account and am getting messages about transactions happening on that account. I PayTM help care says they will respond in 2-3 days. I don’t know what to do

    Hey @Paytmcare I did a UPI transaction yesterday through your app and my money got debited but never went to the sender. Both the respective banks @TheOfficialSBI and @KotakBankLtd are giving no valid response and neither are you. Kindly fix this ASAP before I escalate this.

    @rohitmishra3001 @deepakabbot @Paytm RZP charges 0.29% per day or 8.7% per month on the amount from your payout you decide to settle same day. That's serious WTF!!!
