    @rohit11 @OLX_India @Paytm @GooglePayIndia @ArmyOlx It's a much larger problem globally with all such classifieds problems. Only real solution is a Paypal like escrow that holds funds for a certain period. Even then I'm assuming most sellers can be convinced to do an offline transaction to save on fees and eventually be duped.

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in BFSI sector. I have uploaded my kyc on 22nd March 23 and still it's not done. ticket I'd 7012810126. How much more time I need to wait??

    @Paytm Dear team 3rd October some amount debited by froudester my paytm wallet after that call to customer care issued ticket id but not resolved yet 6th October blocked my paytm account I want unblock my paytm account because one emi will debit from paytm, I m unabale to login

    @Paytmcare Not sure how slow your system works as I was expecting a better service.... It's been 3 weeks of timeline, multiple follow up, waiting for hours and yesterday 1 hour of argument session with service desk team that made me write this.

    Firstly it was free, now it's a habit to do mobile recharge via paytm, so paytm started charging rs 2 as convenience fees. @Paytmcare @Paytm. Did you guys announce it on a public platform? I hv started recharging from Gpay now!U just lost a customer!

    @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT it's been 6months zip pay is still in Migration it's a pathetic company and service from your end @Paytm please buy them off they can't handle simple migration. either change the team as they seems incompetent or the management as your active user is low

    @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare If you don't want to keep customers, then why do you have the platform, just end it. AI has been deployed in the name of customer care, it is not able to handle it, will customer all die out of frustration? I had just one small complaint that the money is coming directly into my account. Why do I need a business account? If I want to receive payment directly, then I can do it through any normal UPI.But you people or I closed your FIR directly without any solution, what nonsense is this?

    @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.
