    @Paytmcare I made a credit card payment yesterday, but it has still not been settled or refunded to my account. The AI support bot on the app has not been helpful. I also contacted Paytm through X and was told that the amount would be settled within 8 hours. @RBI, please help

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm What will happen to those who have money deposited in PPBL who have FD there, after the RBI cancelled its licence? Neither the customer care is working, nor you giving any response . When will they get their money🥺? Unable to complaints through DM.

    Hi @Paytmcare / @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare I’m facing an issue with the mobile app. The Fixed Deposit balance is not loading, and while entering the passcode, it sometimes shows “Something went wrong.” Could you please look into this matter ASAP?

    From September 2025, I am facing an issue of UPI transactions failures in Paytm app and the reason for failure is “UPI RISK POLICY” I am using @Paytm from last 2-3 years and the experience is amazing without any failures but the problem started in September last year.

    @Paytmcare paytm business customer service is the worst customer service i ever faced, last time they scammed me with telling me lie about the monthly rental and deducted money and now again they gave me 1 rupee monthly rental soundbox and then changed it with 40 rupee rental

    @Paytmcare Please help in this. I have been struggling to get my refund from last 45days but either they aren’t responding or giving new excuses. Is it so difficult to get refund of a cancelled flight? Instead of giving damages, they aren’t even giving original refund. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

    @paytmtravel No refund received. Had to book emergency flight + alternate travel due to this mess. In-app support is just bot-generated tickets, no real resolution. Requesting immediate intervention and full refund. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Ticket ID 200011268198 closed without proper resolution. Kindly help ASAP. @vijayshekhar being a great admirer & a long term user, it hurts seeing the emotional connect and customer support falling out. I hope it rises up.
