@Paytm Now this is weird. You first force to create a new account for my existing account and then take away all my paytm wallet balance of my existing account and then do not respond to my support messages and always respond with the automated reply. Why cannot you resolve this?

@Paytm complaint several times on 24x7 help but no one heared they said my account will unfreeze within 2 days but it's been 10 days since they said that I'm losing my mind over it I'm an old customer of yours and I've been neglected like that as if it doesn't matter to your company
