    @Paytm Generated a ticket on 08-05-2026 to close my Paytm Business account, but still no action. Customer support is just wasting time and treating customers like fools. Close the account ASAP.

    @Paytmcare Appreciate the response @Paytm @Paytmcare, but this issue has already been ongoing for will be close to 2 months within the next 10 days.Since then, I’ve continuously followed up through tickets, escalation, and emails. At this point, I would really appreciate a concrete update.

    @Paytmcare @AdyitSngh I too faced this issue. But @Paytmcare you should understand that accessibility is used by antivirus software as well. Not necessarily its being misused. So better add some whitelist to the check.

    Alliance Air cancelled my Chennai → Hyderabad flight (27 Apr 2026, PNR: FBDU2V) booked via Paytm Travel. Refund was promised within 7 working days, but still not received as of 11 May. Alliance Air says refund already released to agency. @Paytmcare @allianceair @AAI_Official

    @PaytmCheckin I am using Paytm app for more than 10 years but I never faced this problem before but today morning when I opened Paytm app then I got this notification that your account is temporarily blocked and since then I am not able to use your app so please fix it @Paytmcare @Paytm
