@Paytm All p2p ppl transactions are going in. The merchant transactions are all failing. Not sure why. Please do not ask for screenshots/details - no one responds . Just fix it. Btw, the same is happening with #GooglePay also.

My trust with @Paytm has now completely broken... I will close & stop using all the Paytm related accounts and had started deactivating few of them. I had raised issue in chat support 4-5 times but everytime bot replies. had called two times but no issue solved. @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare i have requested to close my postpaid account but i received a reply to clear my dues i haven't even used this service, what dues do i have to pay ? I tried to email but i haven't gotten any reply. This very bad customer service i can't even talk to a human.

NO support for PayTM postpaid I have never used the Postpaid service however there is a Loan in my account as per the CIBIL report and the amazing thing is I have never activated the account. I can share more details to fix the dispute @Paytmcare

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have opened 21 tickets to seek some help as I am unable to make transactions but Paytm is struggling to understand my problem. Is this what you call service once you have onboarded a user. #Paytm #paytmkaro #pathetic service :(
