    This is really frustrating and ridiculous @Paytm @paytmbankcare There is still no resolution of my complaint as on 7 Feb it's more than 15 days, NO USE . Agents have no knowledge how to deal with this Issue ref no. 303511793193 . JUST WASTING TIME! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! #SCAM

    @Paytmcare Hi team , I had an issue with one of the transactions on Paytm . The amount was deducted from my account but the transaction on merchant's end was unsuccessful. I tried to get help on DM but no one is responding.

    @Paytmcare Hi Trying to customer care for almost 3 weeks now. Impossible to talk to anyone only chat bots and IVR systems. Horrible Customer Care.
