@NPCI_NPCI Tried, @Paytm is the service provider but their cc numbers never work. If this is deliberate from them then this is unethical business practice. @Paytmcare

Even the UPI reference Id is changed and still they debited amount from my account. The @Paytm app was showing transaction failed. Then how they can debit money from my account. I contacted @mahabank customer care number their representatives are giving me different answers.
