    Tried @Paytm Help & Support. Their AI chatbot resets the conversation every time. Asked for a human agent. It said "connecting you." Chat has been cold since. This is what passes for customer support in 2026.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @mdeora1 Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytmcare Then why did you state in your last message that the offer expired on 30th April 2026? The screen shot I shared before clearly stated it's open till 12th May. I will wait this out for 24 hours and then if no resolution is provided, I will file for deficiency of service.

    @Paytmcare Issue is temporarily resolved only if i disable my antivirus every time i want to use paytm wallet. That’s not a solution, so pls escalate my feedback properly — this over-aggressive detection is frustrating.

    Booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to Vizag on Paytm with DMR Travels. During the journey last night, the bus broke down in the middle of the road and we were stranded for nearly 3 hours without proper support. Extremely poor service and I need a refund @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Hi @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm I am trying to get cancelled cheque for my Paytm Payments Bank account for some validation and bank change process but not able to get as all the services related to PPBL are down. Please help me to get it as it is urgently needed.

    @Paytm ka customer suprt literally worst experience hai Helpline number pe call karo to baar baar app par redirect kar dete hainaur app me bhi timely response nahi milta. Agar basic customer support handle nahi kar sakte to aisi companies ko customers ka trust deserve hi nahi hai

    @cricketpuns @Paytm @Paytmcare Reaching the agent on their helpline is impossible. Social media can help. But the response could hardly be called timely.
