    @Paytm i cant talk to customer care executive and your digital assistant is useless my order has been taking forever to reach me and i cant cancel my order as well.Pathetic service provided for someone who has been a long standing customer.Will think twice before ordering again.

    @Paytmcare my Paytm account hasn’t been working in want of KYC.Tried myself online, failed due to cumbersome process.Booked help through app paid Rs 150. Agent came yesterday . Issue unresolved.
