    I want to deactivate the loan (postpaid) service at @Paytm @Paytmcare as the lending partner @abcapital I called you to close the service. Someone from your side told me that she is giving me a link in the mail by which I can opt out for service but still no mail of any kind.

    @vijayshekhar Sir, Ideally i shouldn't have bothered to highlight this thing as i just hate @Paytm and their executive behaviours. But, just due to courtesy and humanity i have highlighted you the concern. Else your company has lose the capability of customer bonding and value
