@Paytmcare @Paytm It has been over 15 days now & till date issue regarding fastag incorrect deduction isnt resolved. Everyday, paytm sends an repeated same dumb auto message asking for documents, which I have given multiple times. I m just shocked to experience this. Please help

Worst service ever by so called app @Paytmcare @paytm I have booked a train ticket on 19 March. But even after my ticket got cancelled as the ticket was a rlwl ticket, but still Paytm haven't refunded my amount. I can't even talk to their so called customer care. #Pathetic app

@Paytmcare Paytm Money's cust service is terrible, even after 2 years since their launch.Paytm assist can't answer queries properly and there's no option to connect with an agent. Despite paying ₹354P.a, we don't get proper customer support. It's frustrating and unacceptable

Paytm Lite service problem. When paytm launched paytm lite I used its services but on 20/03/2023 I made a payment to merchant in that time was showing pending and today 22/03/2023 it is showing payment done. now paytm is not taking reponsibility. my money has gone. 🥲 @Paytm
