@Paytmcare always getting blacklisted status for fast tag despite active balance & active status in app. Customer care are not offering much help & simply say tag is active. My car was withheld in toll for more than 30 minutes due to this.fix or let me know how to port the tag

Really disappointed with @Paytm, I tried to Switch my old number in the app but can't get the OTP. Even tried to call customer service but the number is invalid. Truly disappointed.

@Paytm Why is there an error when trying to redeem cashback points. I have cleared app cache, cleared app data, uninstalled and reinstalled app. Is there anything else I am missing.
