  Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

  @Paytmcare , paid through paytm on @Meesho_Official, payment completes, money get deducted, @Paytm confirms the payment, but order is not processed. Your chatbots do jot help. Ticket 200012319393 gets closed without any resolution. No refund yet Process the refund asap

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Hi Chetan Still not resolved If u take this much time my gold voucher will expire Otherwise credit that money to my paytm wallet instead of gold if u r not able to resolve issue.

  @Paytmcare I am using latest iOS Stable version and i thought about network connectivity so i climbed the terrace of my home and still it did not work, the verification says it takes about 20 sec within 3 secs it throws error to me

  Even after verification is completed it is showing failed to verify number. I am using BHIM from its initial releases but now I am facing pathetic experience. Where as i didn’t find any issues with @PhonePe @Paytm @GooglePayIndia

  @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month
