@Paytmcare 1. This is absolutely unacceptable. The bank has confirmed that my UPI is working perfectly. Only UPI Lite transactions are failing—standard UPI works without any issues. This clearly means the problem lies with Paytm’s UPI Lite system, not the bank.

Hey @Paytm , your app redirects destinations even if the exact detail is put. This feels absolutely fraudulent. Unnecessary hassle for a mother travelling with and infant. Your customer care doesn’t respond either!

@Paytmcare what kind of company is paytm. They do not have dedicated customer care to talk to. Then how can they debit the money from customer account. They don't have explanation and customer cannot contact their customer care. Just bot replies.
