@Paytmcare @Paytm You blocked my account on friday and even after submitting all my documents you haven't still unblock my account. I have tried reaching out to your customer care number. There seems no option to connect an executive there. There is always a computer speaking.

@Paytm has a customer support team called @Paytmcare who never cares!!! I sent a note about settlements not happening in our business account and they still don't get back even after couple of weeks!! Is this how you treat customers???

@Paytmcare Although, I’ve lost all hopes from Paytm. Still, I’ll wait till April 22 for the refund to get credited. Let’s see, if you guys can manage processing refund to a customer in one month from the date a request was raised. @vijayshekhar @Paytm

@Paytm @Paytm Your Sales mgr took ₹2000 from me for enabling rewards service. It’s more than 1.5 year and he’s not returned it to me. He has blocked my calls. I have proofs of the money I paid made and his chats. Is this professionalism? I want my money back. Kindly look into this.
