    @Paytmcare @Paytm I removed my sim which is connected to the bank yet my paytm works how and why ?! While the other apps like phonepe and googlepay aren't working because they can detect there's no sim or the sim has been changed but paytm works fine even without the sim ? Why ?

    @paytmbankcare @PaytmBank @Paytm As I was informed earlier to complete my KYC again, today I have visited to complete it but they are saying that the KYC is already submitted from my end. Pathetic service! Credit freezed from last 1 month even after completing all verification.

    @Paytmcare I tried to change my existing mobile number xxxxxxx595 at Paytm to a new number but it didn’t somehow happened. So I logged in with my existing mobile number and now I cannot see any balance in my wallet nor my car’s fastag nor other services. Kindly help
