    @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Onboarded on 29.5.2026 as Paytm Merchant. Till now not able to collect payment due to settlement issue not resolved. Also your ground sales team onboarded me with wrong number and now not picking call to change mobile number. Pathetic Service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare looks like its easy to get US visa but cant get your customer support to talk. Pathetic system Where i cant even getting an option to talk to a human only bots are sitting there to respond with 0 logic Can someone connect with me urgently

    @Paytmcare I booked a flight within last 1 hour which was an honest mistake, I need help with it as I want the refund, your customer care is non responsive and as per the DGCA rules I can get the refund within a 48 hour window.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Now, I'm getting another Error! "Dear User, you have exhausted your weekly transaction limit. Please try again next week." I made total 4 payments on paytm in this month & non of them are for any bill payment just P2P. How can i exceeded the weekly limit & what's the limit?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare this is really disappointing. Again I’ve been charged rental fees despite being offered lifetime free service. I’ve already shared screenshots via DM—please check and process my refund immediately. This is not acceptable. #CustomerSupport #Paytm
