    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have third class customer support. I have been repeatedly trying to get status on my ticket 500009441446,but all my efforts to reach you are in vain.Try to understand not every query can be solved through BOT,keep an option open for human interaction.

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    @Paytmcare I booked a flight within last 1 hour which was an honest mistake, I need help with it as I want the refund, your customer care is non responsive and as per the DGCA rules I can get the refund within a 48 hour window.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare and they confirmed that the refund was initiated from their end and that Paytm, being the booking partner, has to process the refund. I raised a support ticket on 26 May 2026 (Ticket ID: 200011749289), 2/3

    @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency
