Your customer service number is not operational in Saudi Arabia, and I submitted this request a month ago. For the same flight my colleagues who booked via flipkart they received.

Ojas (@ojvznx) reported@Paytmcare Update: @PaytmCare confirmed refund on March 27 and said 3-5 working days. It has been 8 working days and still no refund. App shows "Processing Refund" but nothing credited. Cybercrime complaint active. Will escalate to RBI Ombudsman if not resolved by tomorrow.
