  @Paytm @Paytmcare my account somehow gotten merged with a new account and I’ve lost all my balances and fast tag data. Customer care is saying it will take 1 day unmerge and reactivate original account. This is the most absurd thing I’ve ever hear.

  For one day I’m supposed to pay penalty at tolls because fast tag is not active and I’m not being able to recharge due to this technical problem at paytms end. I would never be able to trust @Paytm with my money. Please beware people I LOST ALL DATA and MONEY.

  When will I receive my payment @Paytmcare @Paytm against the MID - OOubEo20011915581634. You guys are not replying to the email. I have provided each detail Paytm Order ID, Paytm transaction ID Paytm payment screenshot but you are not able to process it such a pathetic service
