    @Paytmcare such a worst experience with paytm service. They have some technical issues created my same mobile number double account. Old account was fully kyc and payment wallet enabled link with my car fastag. Don't use Paytm not able to resolve this issue since last 2 weeks.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Sir, now adding money to wallet via net banking is also made chargeable!! This is not wise. Only Credit card was chargeable earlier and adding via debit card is not working nowadays.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm pathetic customer service. Paytm people work like gov babus Stop calling urself a startup. Actually even sbi people work more Efficiently then u. Wasted whole day for getting an account unfreeze. Shifting to other options 😡

    @Paytm Hi Paytm, I booked a movie ticket on 24 march, but unfortunately the movie in the Theater got cancelled. So i did not refund my amount. Please look into my problem.

    @Paytmcare bought 3 yatra gift cards,none are working. Customer support is daily asking for screenshots, which i am sharing. I need the 3000rs back. Im a regular user & have bought many gift cards from Paytm. Didn't know the customer support was this bad
