  @paytm my phone got stolen and the thief has setup new paytm upi and changed my upi pin and done the transaction worth rs 94,999 I have also lodged a cyber crime complaint when I login to paytm in my device it is showing no active session but he is actively trying to do payments

  @Paytmcare my SpiceJet flight has been cancelled by the airline. I called SpiceJet, and they asked me to contact the booking platform from which I booked the ticket. Please help me with an alternate flight option urgently as I need to travel. Kindly look into this and assist ASAP

  Hello @flyspicejet , @Paytmcare has not received the refund yet what is going on from yr side ?? I want my refund as it's more than 12 days gone. One thing I have to say both paytm and spicejet don't care for customer. PNR : NGNL3N Other details already sent u so many times.

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.

  @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @flyspicejet My SpiceJet flight was cancelled. SpiceJet Customer Care has confirmed that my refund was processed to Paytm on 12 Aug. Paytm has still not refunded my money. I have already raised a complaint and sent emails, but there is still no proper response
