@Paytmcare I hv called customer care 14 days back to deactivate my sound box. They assured it will be done in 48 hrs I hv called customer care number 4 times since then every time same answer ; mailed you people, replied queries.But still no response for ticket id 5027753492.

My paytm soundbox is not working since 4-5 months for which I have paid for 1.5 yrs in advance. Multiple complaints have been raised from my side but no positive response from paytm. Now even the sales manager from my area have stopped picking up my calls. @Paytmcare @Paytm

Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare I booked a bus ticket through your app and after booking when i contected the bus operator for confirmation i was surprised to hear that they are not operating the bus service currently. Such a pethetic service by you, you are still taking bookings.
