@Paytm @Flipkart @flipkartsupport both Paytm and Flipkart should be responsible for this, you both decide and whoever it is refund my money back, both customer support executive are saying from our end everything is clear, at the end of the user like me will suffer

@Paytm I have reported my KYC update issue with Paytm help center with reference ID 1908 949 80. I am chasing with Paytm help center since last 15-20 days but did not get any response or solution. Don't go with Paytm worst experience, third class management, no customer support.

@vijayshekhar And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytm My suggestion is not to use paytm its failed to protect your money, the reason is they are providing a platform to stole your money with the help of wallet, and if you need help from paytm to get your money back or identity of thieves they are keep on delaying.SAY NO TO PAYTM.
