@Paytm @Flipkart @flipkartsupport both Paytm and Flipkart should be responsible for this, you both decide and whoever it is refund my money back, both customer support executive are saying from our end everything is clear, at the end of the user like me will suffer

@Paytmcare Today I have sent money of 30 thousand from my paytm payments bank to my sbi account at 7.18 am and paytm says money credited successfully but till now money has been not credited to my sbi account, I tried to call customer care too many times but not recieved yet

@Paytmcare then I have raised a ticket and ppbl AI said that our customer service provider call you within 4 hours..but no one has called yet...aise kaise chalega paytm..koi toh jawab do..never expected such type of problem from ppbl..30k is huge amount for me.

@Rashid1428 @Paytm @Paytmcare Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Multitask_Support on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins
