I've been using similar services from other brands, but have never had to pay any extra charges. So this was a surprise. Anyway!

@Paytm Provide a telephone number for customer support for @PaytmMoney . Currently its just a support over app message. Customers prefer to talk to understand the things instead of exchanging multiple messages which is time consuming as the reply takes time to come. @salonimalhotra
