  @Paytm Paytm was not working properly. Many times amount transaction wasn't able to send. So can't trust all times.

  @Paytm @Flipkart @flipkartsupport both Paytm and Flipkart should be responsible for this, you both decide and whoever it is refund my money back, both customer support executive are saying from our end everything is clear, at the end of the user like me will suffer

  @AkasaAir The payment was done from Paytm portal and their chat support is a bot. It just freezes and has no response @Paytm ticket #200011758725

  It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar

  Hello, @Paytm @Paytmcare Could you please provide faster resolution on Ticket no. 200011770019 regarding refund issue of flight cancellations. Airlines already released payment from their side.

  @Paytm @AkasaAir My flight was cancelled front the airline's end and refund was processed on 22May Flight Pnr QCEB6K Paytm ticket #200011758725 I have been chasing akasaair support team over the calll and Paytm support chat since then, both team are not helping at all. Pls help.

  @Paytmcare I switched my phones, and since then my UPI Lite is not working, I already raised a complained ticket in the help and support section , but no help. My money is stuck there and I cannot use it Ticket - 200011627484

  @Paytmcare Please short out my problem. UTI id-606248804448 Paytm app used payment transfer to other end paytm user but not received he said since last 3 years he is not using paytm, but showing on paytm. My account brance sbi denied to take any action.

  @Paytmcare Dihvijay, i see your team is giving same rebuttal to everyone. It's a huge inconvenience when the customers rely on Paytm for their everyday usage. When would the issue be resolved??
