@Paytm @Paytmcare This is too much. It's been a 20 days and my issue is not resolved yet. My KYC was already completed, but still I was unable to add money in paytm wallet. After 16 days you reset my account and ask me for again KYC completion. I did that too, but same issue.

@AegonLife Paid premium by @Paytm premium payment section, it's easy! Aegon's systems are not working and a Fintech is saving the day for you! I understand that you have useless customer service but they could have suggested this bit for sure? Are they more dumb than what I envisaged!

@Paytmcare Pathetic customer service. My rent payment with order ID 17199735285 is still showing "processing rent transfer" even after 24 hours and after payment getting deducted from my card. Paytm Assistant is useless and can't contact customer care. FRUSTRATING @vijayshekhar pls note
