    @Paytm @Paytmcar I have paid my electricity bill on 22 January. But while I am checking on DGVCL site it shows me it is still pending. Your app is too complex. I can't even create Help ticket easily. Take needful steps and solve my issue as soon as possible.

Threatening to defame a customer by posting photos and calling them a fraud is a clear violation of RBI recovery guidelines.
