Paid rent using credit card on #Paytm after collecting the offer from offer section. Offer is also visible in my active offer section. But I didn't receive the scratchcard after making the successful payment. Receiving No help from @Paytmcare. Much easy way to fool the customers.

@Paytmcare And also give me the proper channel to reach you. The customer care number is so pathetic that even after trying out all the options i wasn't able to connect to executive. Seems like you are operating only thru IVR and not thru any human involvement.
