    @Paytmcare I would request every person to not use paytm to book bus tickets. They provide a departure time and the bus leaves 2 hours prior without any notice or information and the bus operator will say contact @Paytm for any issues as it's not their fault.

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare
