@Paytmcare Dear concern as I already mailed you from my account, my issue is I have paid my Paytm postpaid bill on 1/6/2021 the amount is already deducted from my bank account, but not created in my postpaid account, I have attached the screen shot too kindely go through the matter

If you guys are not connected to each other to get clear about the cancelation of the bus why do you guys allow each other to do this kind of booking. @Paytmcare I only have call recordings from the gsrtc help line where they confirm the cancelation of the bus nothing else i have
