    @Paytmcare My question is you are luring people with upto rs 400 cashback on a minimum spend of rs 150 , where a customer shops for rs 5400 and more , you still give them rs 5 cashback? What are you trying to do here ? Lure the old customers who left you 4 such low level marketing gimicks?

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.
