    @Paytmcare The worst thing what i witnessed is, if we raise request of Bank statement for 6 months you guys are unable to send to designated email and if quary raises against issue you guys ask to share screenshot where app doesnt allow to do when we raise request of such

    even I followed their advice but google denied this and said we can’t do this and your google play account had not been recharged only. I also checked my google play account but it showed 0 balance. So even I shared screenshot with @Paytm support team but no solution.

    @Paytm there is a bug causing issues.... you are allowing transfer of money from sender wallet to a receiver wallet whose KYC is pending and account is blocked. But the transaction is success and receiver cannot use that wallet.
