    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am trying to set up my Paytm money account, the process is getting stopped half way. I have been trying to reach you through app, but it's unresponsive. I have got the rewards of zero brokerage till sept 30, but not able to open my account.Kindly help

    @Paytm Is this how you value and treat your customers? Repeated assurances without any actual resolution are extremely disappointing. Please provide a clear timeline and resolve my issue at the earliest.

    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    @KartikDiscovers Aesa Kyun Laga bhai. I am one of the early user of this type of service which was launched by @Paytm for buying 2 wheeler. Also I worked there in those days so I thought why not. It was a charm to purchase and get hell lot of vouchers.
