    @TRAI @Paytm is using 1600 10 3645 mobile number to initiate promotional call or reminder call for his service like car and health insurance. While as per my understanding 1600 number is only for banking services. Please look into this.

    Hello, @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCareI am following up as I have not received any response yet. My issue is still not resolved. I have already shared video recordings and screenshots proving that I attempted to redeem the voucher on 27 June for the same route and the same passenger.

    @Paytmcare I would like to to delete one automatic payment mandate but I couldn’t able to .. whenever I tried to do it it’s asking for sim verification and the verification failed every single time .. I tried almost everything for last few days but couldn’t succeed .. please help

    @Sachin60236154 @Paytm Hi, I tried reaching you over the phone but couldn't connect. I checked your ₹500 payment and found that Bank of Baroda declined the UPI debit due to insufficient balance. No amount was deducted. Please check with your bank for any holds or pending debits. Meanwhile, you can use your SBI account. I'm here if you need any help.
