Calling a customer care number of these big tech companies is one of the hardest things. @amazon is still better, @GooglePay responded on chat, but @Paytm is the worst. No response on the chat. Wasted an hour with IVR pressing keys but 10k obstacles. Get UPI ref ID, pass code.

@Paytmcare Finally after two months I have understood that you are not able to solve this issue So I have taken up this matter with ABFL customer care. Atleast they receive call and answer
