@Paytm @Paytmcare One of my UPI transaction failed and money deducted from my account. My bank responded its issue at Paytm end, but paytm is not picking up the calls not responding to msgs. Even they are deleting all tickets i raised. @RBI Need support to get this resolved

@Paytmcare Ask ur uneducated team to understand the issue first . When I have asked for why regular payment statuses not updated in my CIBIL, ur team asking me to check the postapid statement in your app for the payment statuses . It means you even doesn't know what is CIBIL? @vijayshekhar
