    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar after even tweet and multiple emails to even all possible support channel there isn't any resolutions. Can someone provide a definitive timeline for resolution?

    One of the worst experiences with no proper way to connect with a real customer support Every issue gets stuck with an AI chatbot loop,booked flight and need resuceduling but it's not happens When it’s your money, you need human help, not endless automation. Fix this! @Paytm

    @googlepay Every time why activate UPI when logout from the device? @paytm using secure login and no need to reactivate UPI id's every time.

    Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
