@Paytmcare I had a Hotstar trial auto-payment via Paytm linked to my IOB account. I cancelled from Hotstar but Paytm shows a bank error when I try to cancel the mandate. IOB says they can’t fix it. It’s paused till 2030, but I want it completely cancelled #paytm #paytmcare #bad

@Paytmcare Please check proper educational verification of your employee before hiring, at least the calculation should be correct. Customer care and your team who is replying me on private chat unable to calculate the amount which 3rd standard kids can do very easily

@GooglePayIndia s. When I approached your customer care team they refused to take any action for this. Scamsters & fraudsters are enjoying a free ride whereas your loyal customers are suffering. I'd rather switch to @Paytm or @PhonePe if you don't care for the loyalty.
