    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    @RBIsays @BankofIndia_IN @Paytm helo , I had 4 times unauthorised transaction from bank of India , first one 237 4 times , I debit only once but paytm debited 3 times more total 948 ,contact bank many times , log in with bank but the bank always has error

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @sbigeneral Renewed my car policy using Paytm platform with SBI general insurance. The policy issued had wrong name. Despite filling up all details correctly, how can the name become wrong? Pathetic service from Paytm and SBI general insurance.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @Paytm I had a good amount of money in my Paytm Wallet. After changing my phone and logging into the same account, my wallet balance is showing ₹0. The money is missing. Please help me restore my wallet balance as soon as possible.
