    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @Paytm This is not a one-time mistake. I have repeated deactivation + pickup multiple times, yet actions taken are random. Every day of delay = wrongful charges. Who is accountable for this mess? Fix it. Now.

    Extremely disappointed with @SpiceJet and @Paytm. My flight was cancelled, I’m out of pocket, and both are playing the blame game. SpiceJet claims refund is done; Paytm support is non-existent. Dealing with this is a nightmare. PNR: LE348G. Solve this ASAP! #ConsumerRights

    @Paytmcare SpiceJet cancelled my return flight and confirmed the refund was processed to Paytm on 8 Jan 2026. It’s been 5+ days and the money is still missing. Your support is only a bot, keeps reopening the same ticket, and no human has responded once.
