    @Paytmcare @msrtcofficial @msrtc_in I am not paid user so not able send to MSG in DM and same msg informed to earlier but still you asking me same thing Poor service provide by MSRTC AND PAYTM FOR ONLINE PAYMENT SERVICE IN MSRTXC TICKET. NO REFUND TILL DATE after so many post

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @OfficialBMRCL I have done Bangalore metro recharge Rs. 500 on 02.09.2025. when i put up on the CTT machine tried to claim it is saying no online top up found. Neither bangalore nor Paytm is taking any responsibility for this transaction. Kindly help

    @Paytmcare Still no resolution even after DM. The request raised on 7th Sep, 2025. Not able to understand why it is so difficult to close in 5 working days.
