@Paytm Reference ID is 3209862834. The worst customer service. I put a request on Paytm to unblock my account I raised the request on Saturday. No update from the customer service side. I have uploaded the KYC Documents. I get the reply on that more than 30 hours before. Pathetic Paytm

@Paytmcare Kindy don't cheat the customer with fake deals and no cashback. It isn't difficult to file a legal complaint for deficiency in services and fraudulent activities.

No resolution provided on my recent ticket raised @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel for bus ticket refund where the bus broke down mid way leaving us on road without any help, had to arrange transportation for the remaining journey on our own at addnl cost @vijayshekhar #poorcustomer
