@Paytm @Paytmcare so disappointing to see my ticket 3195276551 suddenly showing "solved" without giving me even a bit of solution after more than a month. This is utter dishonesty with a customer who is (WAS) using Paytm since years. I GIVE UP!

@Paytm Not sure what you guys must have solved. I am sure this solve would be temporary. i am struggling to get my issue with Paytm Postpaid resolved for quite some time now. There were multiple tickets created some of them even got closed due to duplication but no resolve on the open.
