@Paytmcare I applied to return the soundbox because I no longer require the soundbox service. Your telecaller informed me that I had complained about the soundbox being damaged. However, I clearly mentioned that I wish todeactivate Paytm Business account and return the soundbox.

@Paytm @Paytmcare The refund of a flight ticket cancellation is not processed even after the Airline has refunded Paytm om 26th May. There is no response from the support as well.

Dear @Paytm, My brother joined as a Group Leader 1.5 months ago, working daily in the heat. His salary, promised on May 30, has been delayed thrice—now it’s June 8 and still unpaid. He’s struggling since Feb with no income. No response from anyone. Please help us with clarity.
