@Paytmcare Air India had approved the refund on 11th Nov 2020 and refunded on 7th Jan 2021. I almost begged for my money to customer care numerous times. Tweeted, sent emails but nothing worked.

@Paytm @Twitter Utterly pathetic service from Paytm Care. Not received refund of cancelled tickets from last 1 month. No proper information and no callback. Whenever i called for update..I was said that request under process. I see no issue escalation system. Order ID: 9949699642
