    @Paytmcare What’s the problem with paytm.there is customer care. I am suddenly not able to ise my postpaid ac.asking for upgrade,and there is no option for upgrade and don’t know how I connect with paytm customer care. Not good

    Looks like @paytm is not interested in resolving my issue. Is there an ombudsman that one can escalate the matter to. @Paytmcare keeps ignoring and my queries by sending same responses again and again. No attempt to even understand the real issue.

    I withdrawal cash at @Paytm ATM from @HDFC_Bank debit card , Amount was deducted from my bank account but i didn't get cash. I also complaint to @HDFCBank_Cares Costumer support but till now i didn't get any resolution for the same. #HDFCSecurities #PayThePending #Paytm
