Parth Chaturvedi (@_mrchaturvedi) reportedIt was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.

nik (@rhysnik) reported@Paytmcare I am not interested in a phone conversation regarding this matter anymore, as your customer care agents only give standard, unhelpful replies. I require a clear, technical response in writing here regarding why my default preference was overridden.

Hemanta Meher (@MeherHemantt) reportedGuys don't trust @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return EO887528444IN was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims its not received and asks me for POD. Very Bad experience😭

Sanju Bai Bairwa (@SANJUBAIBAIRWA) reportedHey @PaytmCare, my support ticket (200012349631) was closed by your team without a refund. I accidentally redeemed just ₹100 from my ₹2,381 flight voucher due to a lack of single-use warnings. As a regular user, I request a goodwill refund of my remaining balance. Please help🙏

Sunil (@jhansi_pandu) reportedBeware of @Paytm! Agents push you to take Paytm machines, but later hold merchant funds. When we submit requested docs, they reject them and won't even provide sample formats. Don't use Paytm! DM me if you're facing the same issue. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare
