Seriously @paytm your services are pathetic and extremely shady. Your chat bot is speaking and responding itself. Can't get through to phone support as it automatically redirects you to main menu for pass code after wasting our time. No wonder your shared tanked.

@Paytmcare I’ve applied for Paytm postpaid 2 days ago and still I see Verifying kyc for 60 seconds and later it stuck in the same way. If you’re not willing provide service. It’s really of no use. Don’t do this mischief with customers. Poor service by @Paytm @vijayshekhar
