    @Paytm @Paytmcare your ivr is absolutely rubbish. When someone wants to speak to a person for help we have to go in circles and listen to 7-8 options after choosing an option. Need someone to call me and resolve an issue

    Hello @Paytmcare..why there is credit freeze again after verifying PAN as part of KYC...have raised request on 24x7 help section but non responsive...your customer care number is not that easy to talk to executive... please respond..

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I've raised a complaint to paytm 24x7 support executive immediately, however there is no response yet. Its been a week, still i didnt get my amount back. Kindly look into it with atmost care and do the needful. please DM if we need any additional details.
