    @SridharVarun @vijayshekhar It's high time that @Paytm should implement a dedicated customer service number where one can call or atleast get a call from a representative for any issues. Today I'm suffering because of a failed transaction, I'm sure there are many like me. /1

    @Krishna_hind @Paytm @Krishna_hind I also had a very bad experience with Paytm while using UPI.If it gets stuck, resolution takes lot of time.Vendor accepting Paytm does not agree and due to which customer has to suffer.
