    Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you” and asked me to DM them. It’s been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @PaytmCare

    @Paytmcare When I try to reach Paytm contact support it says thru app you raise your query. This app is automated version and does not to listen your problem. What a pathetic service

    @Paytmcare I wrote to @CareJpb they are working on it but you have responsibility to talke care of your customers and take necessary action against fraud or scammers who are doing over @Paytm

    @Paytmcare We have still jot received any support from @Paytmcare or @flyspicejet on this matter. The operational incompetence of SpiceJet and the systemic failures of Paytm’s service ecosystem represent a staggering betrayal of consumer trust that borders on professional negligence.
