@Paytm we are an E Com site and used Paytm as our gateway to receive payments to learn the amounts are not credited to our band as kyc pending. We sent mails, called customer care lines but no help. Huge sum awaiting remittance and we have no support to register complaint.

@Paytmcare , @nitinbhatia121 there is new fraud : a phone call comes for taking delivery of paytm scanner and machine, you deny it and they ask for OTP but this OTP is for linking your paytm account to some gaming site. Kindly give due attention, I was lucky but SAAVDHAAN INDIA
