@Paytmcare Your DM are of no use, as you still are clueless on providing a resolution timeline for a paying customer who has raised a genuine issue for than a week ago. You are denying a legally paid service deliberately, as breach of contract. I will most probably move to other wallets now

@PaytmTravelCare @Paytm @vijayshekhar I hope you will be find resolution in favor of customer only.. Zeniune reason if I have cancelled my bookings then why I pay admin fee or convey fee? This is my hard & earn money and I will take it up high levels complaint untill I will not get my money back!
