    @FernsNPetals @Paytm Can i know the status of my rakhi pls? I had ordered it on 2nd August, it was to be delivered yesterday and till now I have not received any tracking details! The customer care have been pathetic in resolving this issue! I would not recommend your services to anyone!

    Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare I am facing an issue while logging in to my Paytm id in Desktop. Whenever i try to scan the QR code to log in it shows an error.

    @Paytmcare hello, My credentials aadhar card & pan card are linked to an old no. Which is aircel no. And got closed. I am not able to do kyc for my new no. Also paytm help is worthless as only there is no way to reach to real person.

We have order Rakhi to USA and the delivery date was 19th Aug, till now you have not couriered the Rakhi and when I'm trying to connect with you on the customer care number & as soon as I click 3 to track the order, call gets disconnected...

    @FernsNPetals @Paytm Its such a shame that I kept contacting the customer care for the last 15 days and now im being told that my order will be cancelled due to the non availability! What a shame FernsnPetals! I will never ever take or even recommend your services to anyone !
