@maxfashionindia Are the MAX gift cards bought via @Paytm not accepted at Kochi Nucleus Mall? Store manager says it is a franchise shop and they won't accept it. How a customer like me know which a direct and franchise shop? I have ended up paying by credit card for my purchase.

@paytm @PaytmSecurity I submitted the bug CWE-400 with video proof and they replied,*Your report does not contain sufficient information for us to escalate this ticket.Please resubmit it together with your POC*. And they fixed the issue!PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT BUG TO PAYTM ITS FAKE!

@vijayshekhar i have been frauded by someone in the name of paytmcare on twitter …sir patym fraud department is saying u have shared otp so no refund . Sir then wats the use of ewallent insurance provided by paytm to there customers… its ur customer care fault
