They leak the data from the Paytm Account of customer and share the details with 3rd party @PaytmBank @Paytm @Paytmcare. Even they didnot received call after told me they refund the amount. Irresponsible !!

@Paytmcare there were 2 transactions done from the same ccount one failed and then again it got succeeded. While deduction is twice only, I can see the success transaction in passbook, but cannot the failed one. Can you please help??

The worst experience ever from @Paytm. There is no proper customer service and if there is any technical glitche means its gone! The chatbots are really funny as it gives the same reply for any query.@Paytmcare asks for screenshots and screen recordings but of no use. Fed up!!

@Paytm @vijayshekhar 3rd class customer care helpdesk you have opened can't resolve one fraudulent transaction on the helpdesk and Paytm is not following any @RBI guidelines in refunding customer's money to hi saccount that's why no reason his IPO also failed
