@Paytmcare I ordered from Paytm Mall and the order has not been delivered as representative from @EcomExpress_Ofc wrongly marked it failed delivery without even attempting delivery. Now it is OFD Locked please help me to remove it as your 24*7 helpline on app is not replying.
