    @Paytmcare i have query regarding my Paytm postpaid account. iam unable to find out the Paytm postpaid customer care. in Paytm app, i try to connect with chat assistant.somehow I raised a complaint on my refund amount of 959rs. it is been 5 days but there no reply.

    @Paytmcare very bad experience of paying through Paytm now a days cash back promised is not credited even after 15 days of transaction very bad service from paytm

    @Paytm have been facing issues to transfer the money to my bank account for the past 1.5 months. Have been in touch with the executives but they have been useless at most, not able to help with anything at all. Asking to submit same documents again and again but of no use. 👎👎👎

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm I have been trying to break down the fixed deposit amount which is there in the paytm account..I nearly tried reaching customer care min 10times ans still i haven't got any proper resolution .

    @Paytmcare i not getting proper response. its been almost 5 days of my complaint raised but still there is no reply from your side. there is no proper customer care service for Paytm postpaid account.its been almost 15 days my refund is not credited in my postpaid account.
