    @Paytm @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago Paytm started taking convenience charge for recharging phone also. First addicted customer to use paytm after getting addicted they started charging . It's like now we need to shift our transitions.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have wrongly booked a flight ticket from your portal for which I have canceled the ticket and supposed to get a full refund however upon following up with your customer service have not received any updates and it’s almost been a month now.

    @Paytmcare I already DM why your team not check my issue even no issue 24/7 support regarding postpaid issue.. 1 pathetic service 2.third class service 3.fraud service 4.poor service If call paytm support response sorry no support paytm postpaid user on call if chat no option.
