@Paytm @AdityaBirlaGrp I am unable to make the payment for the loan taken as there is no option available and unable to enable auto debit. Pathetic service and unnecessary you will charge the late payment chargers.

@Paytmcare your workers are doing fraud with people the give and active sound box to give life time free sound box they no tell the people for hidden charges and if complaints for deactivating soundbox then not given any complaints no response any give bad service providers

Had worst experience as a customer with @Paytm . I would not recommend Paytm as their customer care is non responsive for any query's or consumer loss. @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago

@Rajeevshukla23 @Paytm @Paytmcare Kyc agent will say,your account is already kyc completed. Paytm customer care will say ,you do kyc with aadhar by visiting our kyc agents. And this cycle rotates. Your issue will not get resolved as like mine

Hi @Paytm , this is unfortunate I’m facing the pathetic service from your side, I have purchased a car insurance policy but after 15 days there is no reply from your end no document verification even I uploaded documents successfully before 2weeks no action nothing is happening
