    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I’ve called the helpline number thrice in the last 6 days and haven’t gotten any replies, my money is stuck with y’all and nobody get me a solution. Is this how your customer care works? Even on your 24x7 help chat, I ain’t getting any replies.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Why not getting Scratch Cards of wishlist when gifting Cards? Every time my cards got gifted but cashback Scratch Cards not receiving. Please fix it.

    @Paytmcare Very Pathetic service. I had applied for the Paytm HDFC mobile credit card and application is also approved according to the app but I am not able to view my credit card details like Card number and all.
