    @Paytmcare I'm trying to complete my KYC since a long time but everytime I enter my Aadhar details and otp it takes my back to the same screen. Your in app customer care doesn't help either, it just says we aren't requesting new complains at the moment.

    @Paytmcare First month of using Paytm postpaid and you people really messed up the customer experience. Can't even talk to a human on your app support. I wanna deactivate the Paytm postpaid service.

    @Paytmcare I'd like to thank you for world class customer service by keeping me on hold for an hour then hanging up when the compliment was being made. I'd also really appreciate the fact I had to find out after an hour that there is no way for me talk to a human about my issue

    @Paytm @Paytmcare An automated robot in the name of 24/7 help who doesnt know what customer need. No one to talk to. No support. Pathetic service.
