Your @Paytm bot which is only support couldn't block the fraud . Accept my mistake of sharing OTP, how the fraud had access to my bank no ? Why your team dint take action

    @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare there is no proper customer care support in your app, only automated solutions are provided no real time solution is getting on board. Even after raising proper ticket, seems like CCE are given a template to paste and not understand the situation!!
