  @Paytmcare Its a kind of legal action that is done with npci then why the merchent can say like this ...i want my refund asap ..its a legal action but by your reply i dont think that its a legal action .. worst service ever ..i want my refund ..i want it asap

  @KumarMkt007 @Paytmcare @Paytm finally, stopped using paytm for the recharge and bill payments from Today. Today, I paid 3000/ rs bill and they charged 5/ rs service fee.. this is insane.
