@Paytm very very disappointed wid ur serv representative. I use paytm fastag & got embarrassed at toll both just bcoz of not able to login in paytm app due to verification failed. 1st complaint done last year. Till now paytm has no resolution. 2day call transfer to 4 diff dept.

@Paytmcare Worst experience booking a metro ticket. Payment deducted but QR generated after 3 hours. And when cancelling the ticket it shows something went wrong please try again. Refund also not processed. And worst of all no option to connect to a customer care executive.

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm it's been more than 4 months since I'm struggling with "rooted device" issue to my non rooted device! Every time your customer care reply that your device is rooted but truth is I never did that! they are still not able to identify the issue.!
