@Paytmcare can your team resolve the issues?My paytm fastag is not working despite being active, having balance, and no damage to sticker. The customer care team raised a ticket, and marked resolved. I faced issues again at toll plaza, causing inconvenience to others.

@Paytmcare hi, my paytm wallet has been freezed due to kyc non updation. But fact is my kyc was already updated. Also i have again done the kyc from kyc centre. But still i am not able to trnsfer money from wallet to any bank account. Had raised complaint but no response. Pl help

@htanwar Yes true.i stopped using it due to poor service of Paytm...also their customer care is Pathetic...all the issues they have standard template answers.they were unable to solve a single issue..stay away from @Paytmcare
