@Paytmcare I called approx 20 time on customer care no. To get rs750 back but what a poor response. Don't think customer suffering make u a king. Deduction of rs750 is totally fraudulent trade practices. @vijayshekhar please do the needful ur services are going down like share price

So @Paytm has not sent me a single statement for their post paid service and has now charged me late payment fees and after repeated requests, I am yet to receive a single statement on my registered email id. The RBI by it's law mandates a statement to customers. Explain?
