@IndiGo6E I only realised that before 2.5 hrs before the flight, I cancelled the flight and booked a new one through @Paytm app, but I didn't check on any email or message and sue to some technical glitch I didn't receive it, and hence didn't get any refund for the cancelled one.

@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Worst customer service provided by paytm,first they debit money from wallet multiple times and they didn’t even show that transaction in order history. Support is always busy,trying to connect with them from 3 days and no is option for chat as well.
