@Paytm yesterday I was travelling to sangli for court matter but i face using your fast ag due which I have paid double toll on each toll booth from mumbai sangli an on return travel. Complaint to your customer service but of no use. Please look into it n solve the problem.

@AdityaBirlaGrp hello. Ur side no of calls received for Paytm postpaid related.I am not used amount.. 4200 fruad issue. I says same thing ur customer service persons.. but no.of calls received.. this is not correct.. first issue solve nxt contact karoooo.. worst paytm @Paytm

@Paytmcare No kyc service provided if customer says it's a free process. I had to run around 12 centers and same story. Finally I paid the amount to get kyc done (2/2)

I had made a rent payment of 75,000 from Paytm on 1st Sep but till now the amount didn't credited to the landlord's account but money has been debited from credit card.this is worst experience though I called customer care there was a 40min wait time yesterday @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare For KYC there is issue in reopening closed account. A ticket 3207638732 is raised on 14th Aug to resolve. On 24th Aug I was informed that I will receive sms in 48 hrs to give call on toll free no. and post that my old account will be activated. Still I didn't receive.

@Paytm I purchased Paytm sound box 3 month ago. I deactivate but no one come to collect sound box. I call many time customer service. They say your box collect by our agent. But still not collected. I pay monthly 125 rent pls stop it otherwise i fill consumer form against paytm.

I just tried to complete my video KYC ,but the customer servicer was so rude and it's seem he has no knowledge about how to do KYC ...why you hire such uneducated people who are don't even know how to behave with customers @Paytm @Paytmcare #paytmKYC
