@Paytmcare have used the de-activate option to deactivate my paytm account but my account is not deactivated and i used the useless chatbot, also i called to paytm merchant customer number it redirects to the chat bot , why do you trouble consumers. my ticket id : 500003120414.

@Paytmcare @Paytm why it is impossible for person to connect to customer support on your app. I have been facing problem in closing my Paytm account and I almost lost my sanity to talking to a bot. is there even a single human customer support in your company ?

@Paytm @vijayshekhar My transaction failed, but the money was deducted from my account. The receiver did not get the money. I want my money refunded. Please help resolve this issue. I want to speak to a real human customer support executive, not an AI chatbot.

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I’m unable to cancel a UPI Autopay mandate created via paytm, bank confirmed issue is from Paytm end, cancelled the subscription. But mandate still appears in my account, preventing from closing Paytm account. New Ticket ID: 200010010888 Old ID:200000577179
