    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this

    @Paytmcare Hi Ria, this is the same response I've been receiving for weeks. SpiceJet keeps denying responsibility and asks me to contact Paytm, while Paytm says it's waiting for the airline. As a customer, I shouldn't be caught between both parties.

    Dear @Paytm & @TheOfficialSBI Its been 8 days since i did a transaction on #paytm using sbi debit card & the transaction got failed But didn't receive any refund yet. The refund reference number provided by Paytm showing invalid on sbi website. Please help @Paytmcare
