    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 10 days passed and still no resolution. Is this Paytm’s customer service standard? No TAT, no escalation, no accountability. Kindly audit your support team before this becomes a major reputational issue for the platform.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare it’s been 4 days and my refund is still pending. The process is painfully slow and customer support is almost unreachable. After-sales service is seriously disappointing for something as basic as a refund. Please fix this system and respond faster.

    @Paytmcare So why are you notifying everytime for this service. You must show the eligibility criteria before start of application. Now how will you compensate my cibil score impact and enquiry entry.

    @Paytm The app is not working. For the last two weeks, after opening it, it gives the error "Malicious application detected. Uninstall application and restart device." I have tried resetting the device, but the issue persists. other banking apps are working fine only paytm not working

    @Paytm My mobile no bearing 7008217093 access denied issue still not resolved even after messaging to paytm cares.Inhave been using Paytm for last 10 years if this continues how can I trust this.Plz resolve the issue

    @Paytmcare Day 5 and still no refund from @Paytm despite airline confirmation that the amount has already been released to the booking partner. No proper customer support, no human escalation, only automated replies. This is becoming unacceptable. Please resolve immediately
