Booked bus from Shree ganga travels from pune via @Paytm worst experience. Bus & seats changed last minute, faulty noisy bus, no driver support. Even worse – no support from Paytm either! Ticket raised, but no response. Seems Paytm is only concerned for commission.@vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Your service after installing POS and sound boxes is very poor. you follow up aggressively during installation, once issues arise there is no support despite repeated calls and tickets. This negligence is affecting our business, and I request urgent resolution
