    @Paytmcare I made a payment on 15 December to Mamaearth and out of the order, partial order was cancelled and they refunded partial amount. But still on 31 December, I didn't receive any amount and customer care is also not responding. Please help/share relevant contact details.

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar why is the customer support so laid back in giving resolutions… i bought a puma voucher worth Rs. 2000 to redeem at a puma outlet.The coupon did not work and the customer support is not able to give a successful resolution.
