@Paytm We tried reaching you to update residence address but have not got any positive response. We don't find an option to update our residence address neither in Paytm App or in helpline number. Kindly help us doing it.

Thank you @Paytmcare for poor customer support. It is been 7 months that i didn't recieve my air ticket cancellation refund and i have already spent half of my ticket amount for the ISD calls to customer support. i highly not recommned @Paytm for air tickets. @consumercourtin

@Paytmcare worst service I am mailing, calling and raising issue ticket no one there to fix the issue still saying to do kyc I have completed that also still my issue not resloved if any issue why allowing user to add money huge money got stuck and still no one there to help

Hi @Paytm I have raised a query with ticket no 3122580964 but still I have not received any notification or messages and the receiver name is showing wrong. Kindly look into this otherwise I'll go to consumer court. You people are just creating issue with customer. Regards,

@Paytm I have my KYC done but my paytm wallet is debit freeze. You let the users to add money but not let them use it. I uploaded documents as well but no response. This is totally fraud. If you have issues with account why didn't you let the user stop while adding money itself ?

@Paytm money was debited from my account in reference to my c.card payment which wasn’t received by receiving bank &debited from my account,u have disgusting customer care ,can’t reach out to any1 to raise ticket,once I raised ticket on app I was told in 4 hr I will get the reply
