  @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Seriously what the heck is wrong with you guys! My dad wants to cancel soundbox subscription, called u repeatedly, always gave a service no, still charges deducted months after months, Close his Soundbox ASAP!! PLEASE STOP HARRASING!! Pathetic!!

  @Paytm @Paytmcare could you please look in to this 'phone not supported' error? I have been trying to login from many dayss!!! I have tried reinstalling it. I have raised ticket twice, nada. They all are giving same repeated ans, try another device. I ain't gonna buy new phone!

  @Paytmcare You are losing customers because of this mistake in the code. People are earning money by posting fake videos of how to solve the malicious app error. Hire better developers!

  Worst experience with Paytm. ₹6,225 was debited from account 3 days ago, yet the payment is still pending despite multiple complaints. Two tickets raised already but nobody contacted yet.   Call me now and resolve this issue now.       Con no - 9690773800 @Paytmcare @Paytm

  It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I don’t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesn’t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they don’t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.
