First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

I never expect such worst service from @Paytmcare the delivery partner never contacted me for delivery and there is no customer care number and chatting service available in called the number 10 times which is available on the Paytm app but my call always got disconnected

@MobiKwik made a simple wallet to bank transfer and both transactions have not been processed it’s in pending status not sure what is the issue my money is gone , on top of that your customer care is non responsive and busy @Paytm @RBI
