    First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I have an issue with my transaction. My paytm postpaid transaction has been failed. But the amount is deducted and I haven’t received refund even after 48hrs. Transaction id is 15120211110085157984. Please do the needful.

    @CRED_club I am still waiting for single update on refund. My bank settled transaction as well in credit card statement. Better to pay directly from bank account and I will avoid using cred for rent payment. @Paytmcare is fast never faced any transaction issues. No support

    @Paytm limit 😰.would shift to @GooglePay if not resolved in next 24hrs. Using Paytm from many years, all KYC done and now my account is blocked asking a KYC .have money in wallet. poor customer support. No calling facility only system generated chats.never been harassed so much.

    Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare I am facing an issue of rent transfer from Yesterday but it's still not resolved, Request you to please guide me as I am not satisfied with the response of your 24*7 helpline link. Didn't expect such a poor service quality from Paytm.

    @Paytm I raised a complain 3123199991 everytime I am geeting copy paste msg from ur side. I am a paytm first customer and for paytm first customer ur customer Reperstavitive not giving proper reply then what is the benefit of paytm first.
