First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

@Paytmcare Customer care is not responding now. They told before 31st May 2021 I will get refund. but I have not got refund yet. Will not recommend anyone to book or order anything from @Paytm . You are cheating your customers.

.@Paytmcare Why does Paytm not provide option to “temporary disable” fast tag? Also for a fast tag transaction in “need help” section there is no way to claim refund for “incorrect toll collection for exempted vehicles”? Please help claim these refunds.
