First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

Booked a Dombivli–Kolhapur bus with Konduskar Travels via @Paytm. It broke down near Umbraj and passengers were asked to get down, make their own arrangements. Konduskar ofc refused to take responsibility. Rude responses and then they stopped answering calls @Paytmcare
