    First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare it’s been 4 days and my refund is still pending. The process is painfully slow and customer support is almost unreachable. After-sales service is seriously disappointing for something as basic as a refund. Please fix this system and respond faster.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 10 days passed and still no resolution. Is this Paytm’s customer service standard? No TAT, no escalation, no accountability. Kindly audit your support team before this becomes a major reputational issue for the platform.
