First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

@Paytmcare @clixcapital Friends I was informed through one of my client that the client was a Paytm customer using Postpaid account & due to d ongoing pandemic he couldn't pay his dues whereby a penal Charges of 500 Rs was levied & moreover he is getting 4 to 5 calls per day

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I don't know how your team is handling customer queries but it has been more than 9 days since I have been having trouble with making payments from Paytm wallet to Google adwords. Ticket number 196306756. Please look into it and see how your team works.
