    First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

    @Paytmcare how bad your service is. you wrongly charged for my merchant soundbox and i complaint multiple times but not getting any response from your side. they said to wait 24-48 hours but nothing happen after that. i complaint 15-20 times but your team never contacted me .

    @Paytmcare how's it possible for Paytm to reduce a gift card voucher Validity from 9 to 6 months. #reliancetrends voucher is useless to me now you have scammed us. I need response asap. There are no options to reach customer care over phone or chat. #worstcustomerservice
