    First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

    Paytm is worst company in india in Fintech sector. His server and app is crashing frequently and payment goes in processing and they not give refund easily. First this app help and support is fully run by ai and there is no option of talking to customer. @Paytmcare @payt

    @Paytmcare Did you check how your new app @PaytmCheckin is creating problem during SignUp or Login for new customers? It is not stable on 1 page. Start running on 2nd page and not taking OTP. I hope you will resolve such issues before launch the application. Otherwise be ready 😜

    @Paytm @Airtel_Presence I have bought a subscription of airtel xtreme and amount deducted that time but i didn't know it was automatically renewal based and yesterday my account debited 399 now I have cancelled auto renewal and want my refund please help me

    @Paytmcare I can't access my old UPI linked to a closed/blocked number and delinked bank account. UPI still works for receiving payments which is a security risk. I need urgent help to deactivate this UPI ID. No access to old SIM anymore.

    I have been trying to connect to Paytm customer support for the past 1 day, but there is no response. They don't even have proper CS, everywhere there are bots and bots. Please like this so that they resolve the issue promptly. @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    So @Paytm has made it almost impossible to reach them out for closure of their soundbox service, which their salesperson gave us saying there's no hidden changes, later found was being charged monthly. NOW THERE'S NO WAY TO STOP THE AUTOPAY, coz @Paytmcare is impossible to reach.
