First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

@Paytmcare i have ordered machine it's been more than 20 days and when m complaining there is no response from you and it is showing delivered in the app without OTP how can it show delivered. i guess you don't have value of the customer @PaytmBank

@Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, Your service centre is not helping to solve my problem since 22th March 2022. They give fake assurance to call me back within 24-48 hours but no one calls. When I call back them again they say again that technical team will call me back.

But #Paytm didn't issue my cashback even when the offer was activated. Later, when I did my second rent payment on @Paytm, they issued my cashback for this time. Because of them I faced a loss of ₹200. I complained about this to @Paytmcare, but I received No help from @Paytm 2/3
