First of all I want to say you dear Paytm your service is 10 out of 0 for me.I was trying to contact you but you can't focus on your customers.I was ordered from Paytm mall.And I am requested for replacement because of the size.Courier service already picked my parcel @Paytm

@paytmbankcare @Paytm Dear paytm your service and app is one of the worst system for any customer. Even after write many msgs and call no one reply about my case.even other side NHAI is update me every step and inform me about amount returned but you guys only cheet people I think.

Now they asked me to contact paytm customer care. @Paytmcare told me that the promocode I used was user specific and it was not applicable to me. But the same code I applied was visible on @swiggy_in offers section, and I successfully applied it and done the payment also.

@HDFC_Bank #fastag is not your core business . @Paytm on the other hand made switching #hdfcfastag a breeze. 7 days to get a replacement ( for the malfunctioning where customer has to pay) vs 3 days for a new delivery- someone got the customer journey right.
