    @Paytmcare I made a payment last month from paytm upi and the amount of which was deducted twice while i just made the payment once and entered the upi also one time and no one is ready to help me in it

    @paytm postpaid is the worst thing you could sign up for UPI transactions. 95% of the time you won't be able to pay the bill. You can't contact customer service. Your cibil score gets impacted for their fault. Please do not subscribe.

    @Paytmcare this issue. But no correct response from your side. I paid before my due date, but paytm not send to axis bank credit card and they put penalty of Rs.1000. Because of this issue I am in depression. Please refund my amount Rs.13,113 with penalty of Rs.1000.

    @Paytmcare hi, Paytm has deducted 1.75% commission on QR payment. when I tried to contact customer care they have hired very low level persons they r not even able to identify the issue. I searched own and found Paytm is charging for post paid which I have not opted.
