@Paytmcare @paytmcare your BOTS are handling the customer complaint. So customer service is deemed to be pathetic. You keep sending some auto reply and no resolution. I will reach out to consumer court as Paytm has cheated by providing fake/false voucher for zoomcar. Paytm need to pay.

@Paytmcare @paytm @paytmbankcare I decided to quit paytm now. I using it since 6 years but now my experience is very disappointed. Paytm is not refunding my amount, Don't use paytm anymore, otherwise you will phase same problem in future that i'm phasing since 25 days.
