Bought a car from @myspinny on 21 Jan ’26. A new FASTag was activated, but found out the previous owner’s FASTag is still active, so I can’t buy an annual pass now, Support said 15 days—it’s day 17. Paytm says no request was raised. Need faster resolution @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare @SuryodayBank I made a payment using my Paytm postpaid credit line, and the payment failed, but funds were deducted from my credit line account. It's been three days now and the funds haven't been refunded. Customer care isn't providing any support. This is a terrible service.
