Dear paytm bankers, You said to update KYC without fee but Dharitri communication,CT school chowk,Dharamgarh, Kalahandi charged Rs.50 for my full KYC update. Money doesn't matter but your promise matters. Kindly shut down the licence of Dharitri communication, Dharamgarh,. @Paytm

@vijayshekhar I’ve uploaded 23 documents to get my account reactivated on @Paytm for my MIL. @Paytmcare has had me running in loops. Wonder what’s happening with other Sr citizens who dont get help. It’s horrendous service to say the least.

@Paytmcare No response from your 24x7 chat support team on Paytm for business. No response on your IVR helpline too. The IVR calls have only limited options and no one to speak to. If this is the level of service you give to merchants, I am happy to switch to PhonePe Annoyed

Don't belive in paytm referal program it's just a scam they don't give you rewards and if you ask to the support team they don't take actions so don't refer to paytm for referral rewards its a scam @Paytm @Paytmcare #Paytm
