    @GooglePay is really very good. If any time issues then gpay is resolved and refund your money. But Paytm is not refund and response @Paytmcare @Paytm

    Hi. Don’t use @Paytm If any issues then Paytm not resolved and refund your money. I have already uninstalled paytm my phone & my familys phone. I have generated my ticket 1st aug but still not resolved my issue. All time asking successful your payment but not listing my issue.

    @Paytmcare Frequently blocking OTP its very bad experience,customers service is very bad , no response to customer, your 24×7 service is nothing for good there is not a option to type our problem

    Pathetic from paytm app.Just added amount to wallet and now I can't transfer it anywhere. Just pathetic, even can't reach out to customer agent @Paytmcare to resolve the issue / update the KYC. Video KYC not working in app
