@Paytm - has still not refunded for flights cancelled in April 2020 due to lockdown. Following up for 1 year to get the money, confirmed that airline has refunded them. Dont make flight bookings through paytm. Worst Customer Service. #paytmmatkaro

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare I am constantly trying to get in touch with you guys but no reply. I don't understand what to do.. My 7-8 years paytm account got blocked for no reason and now even the officials aren't replying. Very surprised and sad to see such service from Paytm! 😓
