@Paytmcare Problem related to signup related KYC issues.tried 24×7 chat , had already spoken to the care agents ,raised ticket..confirmed data required to clear the issue was received at their end.. but action not completed..and they are not aware how much time will taken .

@Paytmcare hey i paid for fuel through paytm postpaid , first transaction failed , than i tried second time it went to pending , now its showing both of transaction were successful(money deducted in postpaid) but only one showing receiver side need help whats going on?

I tried to start a chat in the app. But the suitable option is not coming, and I couldn't start a chat. I can't connect to anyone for help, even an email is not available. I am requesting, please focus on this. Otherwise a dissatisfied customer would never come back. @Paytmcare
