@Paytm @Paytmcare @YolobusYCTD Booked a YOLO bus via Paytm platform. Didn't receive bus driver contact 1 hour prior as per rule. Waiting at boarding station and contacted all methods to find bus status including Paytm support n yolo support. No response. Pathetic Service.

The other big problem is how to approach the paytm customer support for help with no email id or phone number to reach. Just chatbots .... seriously? @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @consumerforum_ Pls help, with the full ticket cancellation and full refund.

@Paytmcare I booked a round-trip flight via Paytm over 12 hours ago but still haven’t received my tickets. Customer care is unreachable as only bots respond and are of no help. Please resolve this urgently.
