I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . The credit won't be required. Moreover, got similar or much worse feedback for nuego when discussed the same with other frequent travellers.
