@Paytmcare @PaytmBank Very slow and bad response team. I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Always face problem on imp. trnx.

Is there any charges for having full KYC in paytm app, i have visited KYC point shown in paytm but they ask for money, i told them that i will complain about this but they told do whatever you can, is there anyone to help me for this issue.... @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmAshaKiran

@Ravisutanjani Let me share the @Paytm story. Paytm definitely solved a lot of issues with easier UI and user oriented features to increase the base. But they have lagged on all other fronts. Inherent problem lies in their way of cheating people through means not acceptable to large section.
