I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
