    Is there any charges for having full KYC in paytm app, i have visited KYC point shown in paytm but they ask for money, i told them that i will complain about this but they told do whatever you can, is there anyone to help me for this issue.... @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmAshaKiran

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank Very slow and bad response team. I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Always face problem on imp. trnx.

    @Paytm Are you doing fraud by keeping customers money in your side after debiting customers account and not crediting to the relevant vendor ? Why are you not crediting back to the consumer / customer if you are failing on the transaction ? #PAYTMFRAUD

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I booked my fastag today on Paytm and tried contacting customer care but stupid chat bot never give me option to connect with anyone. Pathetic service. Coupon code not get applied and I was denied benefit.

    @Bajaj_Finserv Worst support from this app. My transaction. Initially it was very good. From few days not giving cashback in flash offers. This app showing that i received 100₹ from my friend via UPI on this app , but in my bank acct @Paytm that 100 not credited yet, where it was done at 3:24

    @Paytm Why only from few customers ....this convenience fees charges are charged ...why not from all...and i am your prime customer...and i do all my buisness transactions from your app...but now you forced me to switch to other app and do my all business transactions...
