  @Paytmcare undoubtedly the worst cc service. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since March. Raised at least 12-15 tickets on the app, tried to contact thru calls, emails. Special mention to the absolutely non sense cc service section in the app as well as the IVR.

  @Paytmcare Sir I'm closed my Paytm fasteg on 23rd June 2022 but still I didn't get my security deposit refund of 99 rupees. And I have an urgent need of this money and I tried to contact customer care for solution but they doesn't provide me any solution till now.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @MediBuddyapp tried to book a consultation twice from Paytm app. Payment got deducted twice, but consultation wasn't booked. On calling medibuddy helpline they say take it up with Paytm, Paytm support says take it up with medibuddy... Such a bad experience

  @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare The service after the purchase of sound box is pathetic or the worst. Although they charge fee every month they are not ready to help in issues. They can pick up replacement sound box but cant deliver to same place and will say location is undeliverable
