Is there any charges for having full KYC in paytm app, i have visited KYC point shown in paytm but they ask for money, i told them that i will complain about this but they told do whatever you can, is there anyone to help me for this issue.... @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmAshaKiran

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank Very slow and bad response team. I am unable to connect Paytm care regarding my issue on transaction. 24x7 helpline is also useless it takes 3-4 days and after that replay came that they are unable to understand the issue . Always face problem on imp. trnx.

@Paytm Amt remitted is not recd by the receiver & no idea as to where the funds have gone It is disappointing that @Paytmcare doesn't have any option to lodge a complaint or to contact the customer care personnel directly. Pl inform how to contact the customer service personnel
