  @Paytmcare @Paytm You and your team are the most unprofessional service providers out there. Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.

  Pathetic service by paytm, My credit card bill payment via Paytm is stuck 'Pending' for around 2 days, Due date is in 2 days. App ticket raised but no human response. Phone helpline is automated and repeatedly points to useless chatbot. Please resolve immediately. @Paytmcare

  Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.
