    Maybe @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin @Paytm should rename "Customer Care" to "Customer Ignore." It's been 10+ hours with zero response. Is acknowledging a customer's refund query really that difficult? Still waiting for an update on Booking ID: 27255988499.

    @Paytmcare Despite meeting all the conditions, I still received the same error. Because of this, I had to pay for my travel from my own pocket. I paid extra for ATP but didn’t receive a timely resolution. What is the purpose of this package if it cannot be used when it’s actually needed?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

    @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare
