  @Paytmcare I would request every person to not use paytm to book bus tickets. They provide a departure time and the bus leaves 2 hours prior without any notice or information and the bus operator will say contact @Paytm for any issues as it's not their fault.

  I have recently changed the sim (same number) and paytm can't verify it for last 2 days. Your sms arrive late and by that time it is locked already. All other UPI apps are working fine. @Paytmcare

  Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

  Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare
