    @HeroFinCorpLtd Your banner in the profile says quick resolution of queries, do you really mean or making fool of customers, it takes you people 3 min in @Paytmcare app to disburse a loan and it takes 17 working days to reply a query. Don't you think it's some kind of joke.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why you guys are not resolving the issue despite repeated requests. I have requested you to address the issue of VKYC and full kyc account through your support team DM. Look into the matter else I have to escalate the issue.
