Tried reinstall, network reset, other networks/devices. Looks like false device/IP block. Please resolve.

The IVR never connects to any person. The support is zero. I have been a customer for 7 years

I asked to hero fincorp they said this transaction done by paytm so I share my noc n bank statement to paytem support foram they create ticket for it but no response.
