So a amazing service example… I bought a Fastag from @Paytm @Paytmcare when it was launched, they made a mistake with my vehicle registration number then I complained on Twitter they replaced it with a new one best part, still the fastag had wrong registration no.

Money not added in @Paytm wallet & deducted from account. And not a single executive will answer on Paytm. Please suggest some good alternative for Paytm. I'm gonna have to move my Fastag as well. This app is ****. @Paytmcare is misnomer because they really don't give a damn.

@Paytmcare it's been 1.5 year I've booked my tickets on paytm and got cancelled due COVID pandemic however the amount didn't receive yet and customer care kept promising since last one year with no response.The amount is around 45,000 rs and I can see that paytm did fraud with me
