The airline says they have sent the amount back but I don't see the same anywhere in the @Paytm app, and obviously the app support page is AI ENABLED so that makes it useless

That is the reason why Paytm has lost its credibility. Don't promise which you can't fulfil or just don't promise at all as making excuses does no good

Ajay Kumar (@kasnia_Ajay30) reported@Paytmcare Booking Id:- 27060342842 I had later rescheduled the flight date through Paytm only and I need GST invoice for end to end transactions involved but it only shows old date, air india says only through travel agent can give that but paytm says otherwise. Not happy with service...
