Due to non-availability of my full address on Paytm, my physical debit card order is not getting processed and the option of address update is not being given.Paytm costomer care was also contacted many times but the problem was not resolved which is a matter of regret @Paytmcare

Due to non-availability of my full address on Paytm, my physical debit card order is not getting processed and the option of address update is not being given.Paytm costomer care was also contacted many times but the problem was not resolved which is a matter of regret @Paytm

@Paytm I don't know but the way you started charging in the name of convenience fee... You have to pay a heavy price in future.... Signing out off Paytm @vijayshekhar don't take your customer granted. Like Paytm share falling down your wallet penetration will be fall.

@Paytm My account has already full kyc and i have payment bank with physical card but don't know why my wallet has been frozen and kyc is removed am tried alot to contact but no one help me how its possible to shift kyc to another person account

@Paytm @Paytmcare What is happening I don't understand ? I have done a payment of INR 10000 , but the transaction doesn't reflect in transaction or anywhere in Paytm . Amount is deducted when connected with help it shows successful but it doesn't show in transactions?
