    Booked a bus through @Paytm on May 18. Waited more than 3 hours, driver didnโ€™t respond, and cancellation info came very late. I shared all details in DM on May 18 itself, but still no update or proper response from support. Very disappointing experience. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @PaytmCare please help! A UPI payment of โ‚น13,000 was sent to my number but went into an old dormant account linked to my number. I've been using this number for 5 years. Complaint already raised. Please freeze that account and reverse the amount ASAP. ๐Ÿ™ #PaytmCare
