So, I requested Paytm postpaid to be closed a month ago for the same issue that happened today while paying rs 3 to a vendor the 1st option was postpaid so i mistakenly paid it. Now I'll be charged a 7rs convenience fee. @Paytm how it was paid if I deactivated it ???

@SBICard_Connect does not support or listen to my story. They always said you have to pay this and @Paytm don't even have a department for this type of complaints Because my credit score goes down significantly due to this mismatch I was forced to pay 5k.
