I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.
