  @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

  @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment.   @Paytmcare Looping in @PaytmBank as advised. This issue has been pending for long and affects access to my wallet funds. Requesting immediate intervention - please assign a case owner, share a ticket ID, and provide a clear resolution timeline.
