    I want to close my paytm postpaid account. There is no helpline number for postpaid users help it's only AI based chat bot when I was tried to close it say next month billing date after 8th day will close I am trying around 4,5 months but didn't closed till now @Paytm @Paytmcare.

    If you’re not capable of Generate a Proper bill, stop your postpaid services. Who charge 590 rs for one day late payment?? Still around 2600 is not showing anywhere in statement! @Paytmcare @Paytm not acceptable. Resolve this issue Refund my 590 or I will go to @jagograhakjago
