@Paytmcare its been over one 1 year and my issue regarding food wallet has not yet been resolved. Your customer executives just transfer the calls from wallet to kyc and again to wallet departments or worse they put it on mute or hold for eternity.

@ravihanda 💯 We have been working with @Paytm for their gateway and payouts. Bugs and customer support (if u can even call that) is so poor that stock looks overvalued even now (which it is)

@Paytm @Paytmcare I don't understand , I raise a complain about late payment fee in paytm after a long time I get a call and customer care ex. waive my late payment and I paid my remaining bill. And again I got a call that waiver will reflect in 7 days.
