    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar transferred money to upi lite last night,tried to make a payment last night and tgis morning thru upi lite get a message error getting balance. The upi lite icon shows as amount credited. Pl help remedy the situation. The bot in help and customer care doesnt care.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare There are some options in the paytm for business app that don't work; I lodged a complaint about them, but there hasn't been a solution yet. Wait more than 7 days . Still not solved What is the issue ?
