What's the purpose of customer support if you are not supporting customers? Why your upi is redirecting to other payment numbers all the time ? Qr scanned and the payment went to some other person , the other person didn't get the payment. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Issue with ur fast tag. Existing Sticker got changed recently but the account remained same, but it is not reflecting on the newsticker. The balance added is going into the previous stickered account.(The account is same). A huge confusion. Need immediate attention.

@Paytm i have been paying from paytm at indian oil petrol pumps because of the xtra rewards tie up between paytm and indian oil and i had been getting regular points but 4th October onwards even though i am paying from paytm my rewards in xtra rewards are not getting updated,Help
