  @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses.   @Paytm @Paytmcare i did ome payment of meesho through paytm upi on that time when I selected paytm upi then it's show flat 40 cashback offer but after txn I get nothing for the same I raise my concern with paytm care but they did accept this issue but denied for cashbak so hlp

  @Paytm @Paytmcare , why does your chatbot such an idiot. I am saying again and again please let me contact to a real person if you are not able to solve the problem, but it is stucked in a loop. Please hire a good AI engineer who can make a better AI chatbot. And let me know how I can contact a real customer support human agent?
