    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar If you charge 2.5% prepaid card. Then charge at customer account at time of payment. But paytm charges merchant account at time of settlement. This is leads to money loss merchant. Iam alos loss 150 rupess at time of setting. Please review

    @PaytmTravelCare Still I have not got any SMS or any link. Your customer care people are saying we have sent it 2 times. Do you want to refund my money or not ? Fake commitments always. @Paytm @Paytmcare I am not going to use any of your services now.

    @Paytmcare very poor customer grievance redressal system. I think it is not good to purchase through Paytm mall, customer care services r not functioning nobody responds on call. Immediately I want to cancel my order which placed few minutes back but it is not possible. Pathetic

    @Paytmcare Dear team previously i was able to pay at petrol filling station via paytm postpaid , but from this month iam unable to pay , why this happening. Petrol filling was one of my use from postpaid and you are not giving this service to me.

    @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Have applied for Paytm POS/EDC machine on 22nd May but haven't received any response from local team . Very awful and pathetic response from your local team . Can anybody help here .

    I had been trying to order my Paytm physical debit card since a week. But due to technical error of Paytm it telling me to wait 30 days. I messaged Paytm, talked to their customer care but every time they somehow blamed me for their error. Pathetic sevice. @Paytm @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare I would not like to commute after 48 hrs as it's blood sapping conversation without any solid resolution. And moreover customer care number is just an IVR which makes it more pathetic service.
