@Paytmcare I am unable to access my old account. When i loved in to the web version using email id, it shows that my phone number is '0'. Undergone to update the no, because it can be done only through app, and the app allows login only with mobile no. The issue is 10 days old

@Paytmcare when I logged in to app, new account got created automatically.. Now I have 2 accounts 1 is frm email id and other from mobile.. What is the solution to merge both? Your Customer care service is pathetic.. No resolution since last 2 months.

@Paytm @Paytmcare There is no #provision / #option of customer care person who will lift the call&understand the issue of customer by Paytm team.The customer care is fully automated by Paytm¬hing can be done by customers even on fraud payments or complaints through #Paytm CC.

@Paytmcare Been 4 days trying get an update on my ticket but no response. Spoke to kumarpal Singh, SLA for resolving ticket is 5 working days and it been 10 days now. Transfer my money asap.
